This is an old property and had lot of repair job done in the room. Plus we had roaches coming from drain in the toilet and the kitchen sink. Staff was nice and food was okay. Location wise it is close to the railway station but it didn’t look safe to go out of hotel premises for a walk in the evening.

The hotel room was good, the swimming pool was very small, outside the hotel you cannot get so much related to food. Only option is hotel restaurant.

Staying from 6th till 9th Nov.Very pathetic staff service and room conditions 1)Bathroom door was not working .Staff took full day from 9 am till evening to repair door and still not repaired. 2) Floor tiles were majorly damaged. 3)Staff doesn't come inspite of 2-3 reminders. 4) Restaurant room service doesn't respond and doesn't come even after 4-5 calls. Not sure how the hotel owner runs this hotel with such pathetic state of affairs.from Pravash Raikar

They did-not provide both rooms at same time as per check-in, we waited for one hour to get second room cleaned. Hot water was not available. Ac duct was leaking water inside the room.

Very convenient location just 2-3 mins walk from hampi railway station. Very clean and hygienic. Great range and quality of food. Idea of keeping a tourist guide desk is very good and provides convenience to tourists. Worth every rupee spent in booking the hotel. One small thing can add more to the comfort. Add an exhaust fan to the washroom as steam gathers in the washroom after bath.
