Refused to refund (not our fault!)
We came to rhe hotel on July 8th, 2024. They didn't have power and refused to check us in. A week and a half later, I am still fighting to get refunded.
It is not my fault that you didn't have power. I do not want to be charged for a room that we did not use. I have my son with me and we had to stay in the airport for 14 hours!!!!

This place was just a motel by a highway. Noisy, hard to get to and nothing to write about. The bright lights were overwhelming.

Property was clean and office staff were really nice. My only complaint was there wasn’t a blanket in the room. Just a sheet and the decorative topper. I called front office and they found a blanket for me. This place is convenient and close to the airport. You can hear the highway, but I was gone most of the time anyway so it didn’t bother me too much.

Everything you could want for an overnight airport delay. With the airport closed, and power outages at many hotels, our Uber drive came through by guessing, correctly, that the Palace Inn would be outside of the power-outage zone. All we wanted was a safe, affordable place to sleep. The Palace Inn provided that and more - clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free wifi, disposable toothbrushes, a hair dryer & coffee maker in the room, coffee & snacks in the lobby, and a reasonable late-check-out fee (about half the cost of the overnight stay) since our cancelled noon flight was rescheduled for 6pm the next day!
