Compared to Resedence and HPton, the room soundproofing and room size are far different. Moreover, the parking fee of 10 dollars is inexplicably deducted every day, and the parking fee is deducted remotely without asking. Bad review.

The towels kind of had a smell like cigarette smoke and the pillow had a hole so feathers were falling out. I’ve stayed here several times with no issue so this isn’t a common trend with them. Just wanted to put it out there so they just have a heads up.

Pillows had a foul odor. We thought fitted sheet was stained. Staff came in to change and said it was worn. A few ants in bathroom. Brown water came out of hot water dispenser at breakfast. Staff did not give us all our Bonvoy points for our stay, so we had to call Bonvoy to get all points. Breakfast was adequate. No fitness center on site. Guests are allowed to use Planet Fitness down the road. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby. I was traveling with my 2 small dogs, and being on the ground floor, close to a side entrance that opened to a large grassy area for walking them made my stay easier. I appreciated that there was a trash bin next to the side entrance. I'll definitely be staying here again.
