房間有點舊舊的，但整體感覺還不錯。

There was breakfast in the morning, relatively simple Chinese porridge and rice, Western bread and coffee, which was acceptable.

The hotel was so bad that there was a strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered the room. At night, I found two cockroaches by the window sill and a cockroach under the bedside table. When I told the customer service staff, they just said sorry.

As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke mixed with aromatherapy. The jacuzzi was broken, the stopper of the bathtub was broken, and there were burn marks on the bottom of the bathtub. I told the front desk that I wanted to change rooms. The front desk's reply was that they All jacuzzis are the same and have been withdrawn. Why are there still false photos published since they have been withdrawn? The shower head handle is broken, the TV button is designed on the phone and the button is also broken. The breakfast is so-so and the coffee machine does not produce water. The pipelines are actually moldy. I am really speechless... In short, it is a very bad accommodation environment. I will not choose this HOTEL again when I come to Hsinchu in the future.

Suggestions: 1) There can be more biscuits, two small packages are too few 2) Increase the number of sockets or prepare chargers thoughtfully Breakfast is included. It was a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.
