We had a great stay at this hotel. The room is clean and bright. Everything looks newly renovated. All the basic amenities are there. Take note they don’t provide toilet floor mat and hand towels. But there is a useful hot water dispenser in the room. The host is very hospitable and offer to fetch us to various destinations. He also helped us book tickets to Huashan and thus save us a lot of hassles in securing tickets as we are foreigners. He also answered most queries we had on climbing Huashan. We highly recommend stay at this hotel to enjoy great local hospitality. There is also a busy market and various interesting eateries near hotel.

the hotel and service are excellent! the manager/owner tried to contact me on check in date but something is wrong with my number. He offered transport to city, back and forth from Huashan North station, and even sent and picked me up for Huashan climb trip. I entertained my request for early ride to Huashan entrance. He even offered free room upgrade which I really appreciate. Take note there is no foot towel. Highly recommended.

The hotel owner is really kind to the guests who stay. We were helped to order food, taken to the bus stand to Mount Huashan, also taken to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best experiences we've had at a hotel. The building is quite new, and the room, washroom, and amenities were all exceptional. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The host picked us up from the train station, took us to a restaurant, picked us up after our meal, gave us fruit, and helped us buy the tickets for Huashan. He gave us a ride early in the morning to the mountain the next day, gave us hiking gloves which made hiking a lot easier, and picked us up after a full day of hiking. He did all of this without charging anything extra, which is above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We would highly recommend staying here!

Hygiene: The room is very clean and fully equipped with disposable supplies Service: The boss was super nice. He contacted us in advance to ask if we needed to be picked up from the station. Since we were climbing at night, the boss also sent us to the starting point and then picked us up back to the hotel after we went down the mountain! Because we needed to catch up on some sleep, the boss even extended our check-out for two hours! Facilities: The hotel is super close to the Huashan Visitor Center, a two-minute drive!

The room is clean and tidy, and the living experience is extremely pleasant. The boss was so enthusiastic that even though we arrived at 8:30 pm, he personally came to pick us up at the station. The next day, he even sent us to the Huashan Visitor Center. After we got down the mountain, we were picked up from the visitor center at the high-speed rail station. Unfortunately, the bag was left in the car. After receiving the call, the boss took it to the high-speed rail station without saying a word. Such high-quality service is highly recommended to friends who plan to visit Huashan!

The hotel is located near the Huashan Visitor Center. The boss personally picked me up at the station and sent me to the Huashan Visitor Center! The room is very clean, a water dispenser is provided, disposable toilet covers are also available, and non-slip gloves are given for climbing Huashan🧤. Clean, tidy and sanitary. The boss and his wife are very kind and friendly. The service is good. They provide pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station and the tourist service center for climbing Mount Huashan. They can effectively provide suggestions for visiting Mount Huashan and surrounding restaurants. They treat guests like family members and care for them. I am very satisfied!

The boss is very, very nice. There were too many people climbing Huashan during the Qingming Festival. We got down the mountain late and missed the high-speed train, so we booked a room temporarily. The boss called to pick us up as soon as we booked the room, which was very considerate and convenient. The room has complete supporting facilities, a good environment, and is comfortable to live in. The boss is very enthusiastic to help solve any problems. It was a very good accommodation experience. I will stay here again next time I come to Huashan. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Super five-star service!!! I think I have to praise it. First of all, the boss contacted me before I came and offered to pick me up for free. I was not sure whether I should take the bus, and the boss said that I could also pick him up at the bus station, just tell him the time. Although, I finally took a taxi, the attitude was really good. Then, in the evening, I casually consulted the boss and prepared to eat Pao Mo for dinner, and asked him to recommend a nearby one. He said he would take me there without saying anything. He was sent directly to the old Pao Mo restaurant (Wenying) in the city. Believe me, there is absolutely no interest relationship here, because the Pao Mo restaurant is also a set meal I bought on Dianping. It is very Shaanxi. He casually told me that there is a big supermarket across the street, and I can buy some things for tomorrow's mountain. When I was about to check out at the supermarket, the boss actually contacted me again and said he would pick me up! Oh my God! It really exceeded my expectations for good service. It was the same when I went up the mountain today. I climbed the mountain early in the morning today, and he also took me to the tourist center early in the morning. Although the road was short, it was quite troublesome for him. After climbing down the mountain, I asked him to take my luggage and go directly to the tourist center and then send me to the high-speed rail station. Everything, everything, is free! Don't say that these are included in the room rate. It is still the off-season and the room rate is very low. You can check it on Ctrip, far less than 200 yuan. The room is very clean and tidy, and the configuration is very user-friendly. There is bottled water, disposable face towels, disposable toilet mats, and USB sockets in the room. I'll post a picture.
