酒店離華山遊客中心很近，開車5分鐘，房間比較大，也比較新，衞生乾淨，但浴室較小，與衞生間衹一門簾隔着，洗臉枱麪很小。浴室中的塑料拖鞋散發著一種惡臭，讓客服拿走了。早餐品種不多，基本是素的。重點説一下，該酒店的服務人員（遇到的所有前台，客房服務員，保安）從我們進店到離店就沒看到過笑容，都是板著臉。當天晚上颳大風，拿着行李進店（進店到所住B樓要開四扇門），期間前台頭都沒抬，保安，客房服務員都曾經過身邊，遺憾的是沒一人幫忙，哪怕是問一句要不要幫忙。希望服務意識要加強要改善。

華陰不好打車，酒店提供了接送服務，超級貼心，省去了交通出行的煩惱，酒店設施齊備，裝修比較新，住的很舒服，由於選擇的暑假後的相對淡季，價格也非常給力，性價比很高，強烈推薦。

定的親子房 房間又大又整潔 床也夠寬敞 床品睡着也舒服 乾濕分離很方便 洗澡還能聽音樂 就是淋浴間沒地方掛毛巾略不便 住了兩晚 中途阿姨有來打掃並整理床鋪添了礦泉水 好評
由於遇到華山索道年檢於是改變了原本上華山的計劃 衹去了附近一些小眾景點 推薦去附近的一河兩岸公園和西嶽廟
提點小意見：房間的淋浴頭由於接口出現問題 水花四濺 洗澡略不便 建議修理 另外毛巾有明顯污漬和破損 建議酒店常更換哦
