I forgot to hold a shave charger several days ago when I checked out, but they informed me fastly and sent it to me through fast delivery service. Hotel service is too mice, and thank you for fast responding.

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

A luxurious hotel where everything is taken into account. As a couple, we enjoyed the baths of a genuine swamp sauna, took a dip in the outdoor pool through the shower and then in the steam sauna - blissful! Absolutely excellent breakfast and evening restaurant.

I am very satisfied with this hotel in Vietnam. It is very grand, both in terms of decoration and service. For three people, the hotel provided an extra bed for free. The breakfast was very rich. The money exchange, tour guide, etc. were all very good. Recommended!
