Hotel precioso con mucho encanto , pero hay muchos detalles que le quitan todo el encanto. El desayuno es escaso y mal servido , no es tipo bufete , te lo sirve un camarero poco a poco y no hay mucha variedad de productos . El restaurante y la cafetería son pequeños y no te sirven café si no has comido allí .el personal educado y amable .

The hotell is stunning. Really beautifull and also the rooms are very nice decorated. The staff at the reception was superfriendly and helpfull. The hotell is located close to the centre of the town but very quiet at night. We stayed during the week out of season and it was very quiet. Maybe too quiet because there was only a very little choice of restaurants. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, no fresh orange juice or egg. Most of the guests ate local ham for breakfast but there were very few vegetarian options, only one cheese. It was ok but not overwhelming for a four stars hotel. We also tried the pool at the roof, it had only 4 sunbeds but the view was spectacular.

Most wonderful stay we’ve ever been to. The space is unique and the hotel has great views and services. I loved our beautiful room, the incredible pool, the friendly staff. We’ll definitely come back next year. Muchas gracias.

Increíble. Vaya por delante que lo más increíble ha sido la atención y el trato de los profesionales, Chari, Francisco, camareros en restaurante. El hotel es de una belleza impresionante, de hasta pena que un edificio tan bello y tan cuidado .. tenga que sufrir de la arena que a la vez embellece y hace tan particular este pueblo. Lo recomendaríamos sin dudarlo, por la limpieza, instalaciones, el remanso de paz de ese patio, la piscina y sus vistas, la calidad de la comida, los servicios que brinda (reserva de visita a parque y gestión para montar a caballo por la aldea, entre otros),... Nos fuimos seguros de que vamos a volver. Nos trajimos ese pato Malvasía, tan especial para nuestra hija, y que tan bonitos recuerdos ligados a este lugar nos traerá. Al llegar al hotel, su recepcionista Francisco nos atendió con amabilidad, explicando con detalles el entorno en el que nos encontrábamos así como ofreciendo su ayuda a lo largo de la estancia. Todo estaba súper limpio, algo que sorprende en un lugar como El Rocío, y la belleza del lugar se acompañaba del cuidado con el que estaba todo hecho y planteado. La comida en su restaurante estaba deliciosa, y el trato por parte de su personal invitaba al descanso. Nos ha encantado la experiencia, todo precioso en un entorno impresionante. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.

Precioso hotel situado en El Rocío. Los edificios que componen el hotel están cuidados y exquisitamente decorados , con preciosos patios con mucho encanto. La habitación es muy confortable y bonita, decorada con mimo. Dispone de piscina con vistas a las marismas, donde poder refrescarte y relajarte. El personal es amable y atento pero quizás hay poco para cubrir correctamente todas las instalaciones, aunque es posible que se deba a la fecha en la que nos alojamos. El desayuno muy rico, servido atentamente en mesa. Es abundante pero quizás le falta un poco más de variedad. El restaurante, al igual que el resto del hotel, está exquisitamente decorado. Como punto fuerte destacaría que el hotel es un remanso de paz, está todo enfocado al descanso y a disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad. Como punto débil, la limpieza. Quizás no hace justicia a las instalaciones y lo cuidado que están otros detalles. En medio de El Rocío y las marismas con la arena y el polvo debe ser difícil de mantener, pero aún así creo que es un aspecto a mejorar. En todo caso, alojarte en La Malvasía es una experiencia totalmente única y repetiremos sin duda.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The property was beautiful and clean with old world charm . The food at the restaurant was delicious . Francisco at the front desk went above and beyond to help me . I got a flat tire an hour away from the hotel. He called Frank , a taxi driver who took such good care of me . I do not speak Spanish and Frank stayed with me until Roadside assistance arrived and then drove me to Seville to get a new rental . This place is very special . If you ever get the chance to spend a few days , I highly recommend Hotel La Malvasía and take a tour of Donana National Park .

What a wonderful place to stay. This is a boutique hotel as it should be. Everything was well taken care of, staff was very welcoming and the suite was wonderful. The price quality for this hotel is outstanding. El Rocío is a special place to spend a couple of nights. During the evening the atmosphere is magic. It is better to go during weekdays to avoid weekenders and second home owners, if you wish to experience the quiet magic of the place. Just one remark: we tried to use the bar terrace for a drink, but it was hardly possible to sit on any chair. They were almost all dirty with bird droppings. Now, in this place so close to the national park, I guess this can hardly be avoided, unless a creative solution could be found to cover the terrace somehow ….
