Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

I was by accident to book this Hotel, it turned out great. As long as we step in the hotel we have already feel comfortable like at home . My personal house keeper:心欣 is very caring lady , always put us requirements first . I really like they set up the bed for 2 years old grandchildren, it was nice and safe for the little kid . Anytime when I step in the hotel I have no worries to be hungry and less fun . . . The free boarding ticket La make us have more fun to stay in Huizhou , I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you visit Huizhou . We will definitely come back next time .👍👍👍

The hotel lobby is warm and clean. There is an area in the lobby that provides free water, biscuits, etc. I was lucky to have iced Tremella soup when I checked in yesterday, which was great.
The hotel room is quite standard, with a large area, a dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and a very comfortable mattress and pillow.
The hotel breakfast is super rich, especially the noodles 🍜, you can choose pork rib soup or chicken soup.

Coming from Shenzhen, the gate guard is very strict. Fortunately, I called the business in advance and did the nucleic acid test, otherwise I wouldn't be able to come in for 48 hours. We live on the 13th floor of 9 buildings, and we have an unobstructed view of the sea! The living room is quite large, and I am satisfied that there are two bathrooms. It is inconvenient for other apartment types to not have two bathrooms. The balcony is curved, with a first-class view of the sea! The next day, the children got up late, and after discussing with the merchants, they even delayed check-out. This service must be praised! Xiaojingwan is still very suitable for leisure and vacation, it is also close to Shenzhen, and will come again to play.

It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu.
The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.

TTom07There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The best hotel in the same area, the new hotel has good hardware. Disadvantages: First, there are only two elevators from the lobby to the room, too few for a good experience. Second, the dinner buffet purchased at the hotel, it was raining outside, so the dinner was particularly concentrated, and the hotel did not manage it well, so the experience was not good. If there is a group meal, separate the individual guests and group guests into two dining areas. In short, the experience needs to be improved. 1299 a night still cares about the overall experience.

The photographer's professional travel photography and the housekeeper's full tracking are very satisfactory. The facilities are also very new, and the floor-to-ceiling windows face the sea view, which is a must-see! The projector in the room is very good, and you can watch TV while taking a bath in the room. The hotel has a washing and drying service. The housekeeper helped to collect it and quickly dried and sent it back. This is great! I experienced the hot spring room type for two days, and the rainy day did not affect my mood. I would definitely book this room next time I come!

The service was excellent. The front desk was always very helpful, particularly through WeChat, making communication seamless and efficient. They even provided us with useful information about local attractions and amenities.

The facilities were great. The view from our room was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was a huge plus. We had easy access to everything we needed, and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in sharing the location of the nearby wet market, which was quite useful.
Food:
We enjoyed the food during our stay. We found several good food options and a halal restaurant nearby, about 2 kilometers away. This variety made our dining experiences enjoyable and convenient.
Accommodation:
We were two adults and three kids sharing one room. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the amazing view added to our overall satisfaction. The price of the room was reasonable during our visiting time.
Parking:
We parked our car outside the building for free, which was convenient. There is an option to park inside the building for 40 RMB per day if you prefer more security.
Overall Experience:

NNalantianyu😄😄The front desk of Junting Hotel is very good. They upgraded it for free. The room is in Building 8. It is very big and clean. The floor is very high and the view is great. There is also a big bathtub in the room. You can just sit in the room when you are tired. Take a dip.
😌😌 Unfortunately, the beach at Shuangyue Bay is not satisfactory. There are many small stones in the sand and it is not delicate enough.
😁😁However, the hotel can go to Building 3 to take a bath from 4 pm to 10 pm. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and free ginger tea is provided. It provides a variety of entertainment and leisure methods. It is very good. After a dip, everyone will feel refreshed. It’s getting hot, and it’s not too cold to go to the beach to set off fireworks and participate in a bonfire party at night. There are also girls who know how to dance.

SShenzhenFoodieOn the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby.
However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway.
On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
