Wir waren mit Silvester-Angebot dort. Alles war super. Personal sehr freundlich, Apero auf dem Säntis eindrücklich, Galadinner sehr fein, Frühstück lecker. Schönes, grosses Zimmer. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal hier. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, vor allem im Frühstücksraum und an der Reception. Die Zimmer sind top, die beste Bettwäsche ever. Und diese Ruhe, wundervoll. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ursula Bartholdi

Freundliche Mitarbeiter Große Zimmer mit großem bequemen Bett Großes Badezimmer mit Dusche.das Duschshampoo duftet herrlich. Haarföhn ist vorhanden. Tiefgarage mit vielen Ladestationen kann dazu gebucht werden. Ist zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und Frühstücks Buffet.

Alles sehr schön, neu, sauber und gut organisiert. Sehr gutes Zimmer und Bad, wirklich sehr sehr schön. Fantastischer Ausblick und viel Platz im Zimmer. Etwas vom Besten ist dass das Zimmer so unglaublich ruhig ist obwohl das Hotel total ausgebucht ist, da merkt man dass alles sehr solid gebaut wurde. Wellness ist klein aber fein! War bei unserem Besuch leider sehr voll, aber das ist auch keine Überraschung wenn man sieht wie schön es ist. Frühstück auf dem Säntis war natürlich sensationell. Hat wirklich alles perfekt funktioniert von der Buchung bis zum Check Out. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren super nett und professionell, vielen Dank! Tipp: Tiefgaragen Platz dazu buchen, das ist es wirklich wert.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit leckerem Essen in einem schönen und geschmackvollen Hotel. Der unterhaltsame und gut organisierte Abend mit Simon Enzler trug natürlich auch viel dazu bei. Das einzige Detail, was uns wirklich störte waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Plastiktrinkbecher beim Empfang. Im Zuge von Nachhaltigkeit wünschen wir uns beim nächsten Mal Gläser.

A Great Stay with an Amazing view
The view from the room was breathtaking and the complimentary treat was a welcomes surprise. Additionally, the town of Appenzell nearby is beautiful and welcoming. The only minor issue with our stay was that the coffee machine near the reception area was out service. Wish there was at least a hot kettle to make tea as the room does not include one. Lastly, use of wellness area was an additional fee, and based on the description alone, we did not think the cost was worth it. Maybe on a future trip we would revisit this. Overall, the Hotel is a wonderful option for those wishing to view the top of Säntis or explore the Appenzell area.

Gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer top und sauber, Wellness-Bereich wunderbar mit finnischer und Bio-Sauna, Dampfbad. Duschen und Zugang nach aussen. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, wahlweise im Hotel oder auf dem Säntis. Schlicht ein tolles Erlebnis und gut erholt. Wir kommen wieder!
