Nothing wrong with the place. Just had a pillow with some mascara stain on it and someone else hair in shower area. So not bad .

Miguel was such a great help with customer service 5/5 🌟s for sure. Kind patient listens well and again helped . Named places to go eat after the complimentary breakfast from the hotel which was good as well. Gave me extra towels in the early am before room service arrived

We had a great 3 night stay here. The room was really spacious and clean, complimentary breakfast was good and the location was convenient for our day trips to the beaches. We stayed here at the start of a two week road trip and found the laundry facilities handy for the clothes we’d worn on our long flight. Only slight complaint would be the parking fee.

I love Huntington Beach and this is my 2nd year stay at Springhill Suites. (My friends and I stayed here the same time at last year). It was a very nice surprise to receive a welcome back handwritten note with some goodies from the Manager. Always a great stay at this hotel! AB who checked us in was very friendly and helpful as well as the other Reception staff. I love the modern decor of the room with ample suite size. Bed was very comfortable with separate area for lounging and working. Rooms also have a mini fridge and microwave. The only thing was the bathroom light was directly in front of the bed. Could be really bright when bathroom light is turned on while everyone's sleeping. The common areas and the 2nd floor patio were also nicely decorated with a giant chessboard and Jenga. Location was very convenient, Bella Terra Mall was in front of the hotel and is a 10min drive to Huntington Beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Would gladly stay here again!

Nicholas at the bar is always fantastic here. Members my name and my drink every time I come here, which I love and that's why I keep coming back. Also, the staff at the front desk made service and everyone else was great. I love the fact that it's right next to the 405. Cause as I'm traveling on business. I can get to and from everywhere. I'm going in Southern California very easily.
