The location was great and the staff were friendly. The ammenities were lacking.

The waiter was not good, so he first gave him a normal room at the top. The window was on the porch at the entrance, and the view was blocked. Later, he asked to pay more to change to a lake view room, but he was given a lake view room at another top. You can see In the corner of the lake, there are no guests in the hotel, and the rooms are all empty, but the waiter did give me the worst room. I think it’s because Ctrip is a Chinese company, and this hotel’s service has bad reviews!

Nice staff and pretty clean facility. Pools and hot tub were great but not many kayaks to use in the lake. Overall a great experience and will visit again soon.
