The room is great . And there are a lot of places you can find some fun in the hotel. The only thing I wanna complain is the reception. When you check in , they won't introduce you anything. Everything you have to ask yourself. And after I checked out I couldn't call a taxi and I asked the reception if they could help and they refused.

True, honest and very long review... Upon arrival at SUNRISE Holidays Resort, all of the staff say ”Welcome Home” which we found initially a little bit odd. However after a 10 day stay we found that we had a new family! The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, towels, robes and toiletries are all supplied. the beds are comfy, what else do you need, frankly you don't spend much time in your room. Water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are topped up daily. Housekeeping staff are just fab The private beach is wonderful, the sea was warm and plenty of sunbeds. The beach staff make sure that you have everything you need, drinks are brought round at all times. There are great 4 restaurants on site, the buffet 'El Sol' is great there is something for everyone, the staff are great. I am a coeliac, so gluten free is a must. As soon as the staff were made aware of this they could not do enough for me, specially made desserts were brought out without even asking for them, gluten free bread arrived by magic for every meal. We only tried Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, as we loved the El Sol staff so much. Mohammed, the supervisor of Elia asked us to try the restaurant our, so we did, OMG it was so worth it. You can have one meal in each of the specialty restaurants per week. apart from Nasaya, which is chargeable. The guests that we spoke to said that Nasaya was very good and incredibly reasonable. Now... lets talk about our new family... The Splash Bar.... Where do I start... the guys are truly amazing. Tarek, Engelhard, Ahmed and Ahmed are the best. Our glasses were never empty, even though i was only drinking mint tea and coffee, they knew which i would like and when, i'm not sure how as even i didn't know! The managers Mahmood & Sean run a tight ship which we love and join in with everyone, making us feel so welcome. They put up with my learning Arabic badly and tried to teach me new words every day! They genuinely care that you are having a wonderful holiday. The animation team do not stop! how they have so much energy, we will never know. They are great, volleyball, dance lessons, AQUAGYM(!) evening entertainment, its brilliant. We only had one complaint.... The Disco (Jungle Bar) is like the secret ”speak easy” it doesn't have a sign anywhere and was really quiet, non of the guests knew about it! Once we found it we loved it! Ahmed is the sweetest and really looked after us. In summary... The staff made the holiday THE BEST. Warm weather, warm water, great wifi , great food and the warmest welcome. The price/performance ratio is pretty good ~ 500 for one night in December, the external environment is good, there are not many self-service options and it is not bad like a canteen ~ After all, the price is there, the hygiene is not particularly good, the pillows and quilts smell of old oil! This is a bit disgusting! There is Xiaoqiang in the house~ Hahahaha. The hotel is in a good location and I can only stay there for a while. It is not far from the seafood market and the go bus station.

The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning. The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate. Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

Very good, but the waiter who sent us in at the front desk was very arrogant and looked down on Asians. I observed that many Asians did not help carry their luggage and only gave directions. When Europeans checked in, he would be very enthusiastic to help carry their luggage, and the doorman was also a bit polite. I disdain the expressions of Asians, but overall it is very good and very affordable. The guy who cleans the room, I remember his name is Ahanmod, is very enthusiastic and puts out many different beautiful towel patterns for us every day. He is very enthusiastic! He also greets us warmly every day. This is what we like most about the hotel. We hope to give him a salary increase.

The first thing to say is that the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the airport when the weather is not too hot. This Hotel is exceptional value for money. The room I had was 307 and it was equipped with kitchen, lounge,bedroom and shower room. I found the bed comfortable and the location a short walk from the ***** of shops and restaurants. The jewel of this place is Ahmed. He is helpful, polite and very informative. He arranged two excursions for me and it would have been three had I not have booked one before flying out. I would stay here again. The one thing I found was the Internet was better in reception than my room. Well done to the Ivory Suites team you made my 4 night stay enjoyable.
