Great Hotel has an Excellent sand beach lot of pools and the food is taste good but need to be more varaities..also the room was clean.

The staff are not friendly. We had a bad experience when we arrived because they charged us about$ 115 extra than our reservation by trip.com. So I don't recommend this hotel!

The pools and beach were very nice and clean. Food was okay! Not much variety and repetitive. AC in the lobby was never working We were only given one room key!

Facilities: The room is average, what can I say, the bed is not as good as a 100 yuan homestay, it needs to be improved. Service: OK, a little far from the city, overall good Environment: Very good, the swimming pool is big, the children like it Hygiene: OK, all-inclusive meals, relatively cost-effective

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A Special thanks goes to Mr. Saif in the reception who was always smiling and ready to help us a lot. I was really impressed with his commitment and dedication. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved the convenient location. We had an amazing time at the hotel! The pool area was fantastic. Can't wait to come back again!

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! The staff and specially Mr. Saif was fantastic. He had a great attitude and was very helpful and always available. His exceptional customer service impressed me. He was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.

We stayed at labranda royal in May for 2 weeks. I went with my wife I'll start with the bad bits The guest relations lady we sent a complaint to about being mis sold a boat trip from the hotel was so rude to me and accused of lying about even going on the boat trip saying they had no record pf us going o the trip! This despite showing over 50 photos fro the trip!!! We was told the trip left directly from the hotel next door so we didn't have to travel the 40 minutes into hurghada, this was a blatant lie to miss sell us this trip, I asked at least 4 or 5 times to the seller if it was definitely leaving from the hotel dock next door to our hotel. He just lied and the treatment from guest relations has stained my whole holiday, and to be honest will stop us from using labranda hotels again! We have stated in 3 different labranda hotels over 15 times so this lady has lost the hotel a good customer. The second thing we booked at the hotel was the in hotel taxi service, we booked to go meet friends at the marina asked to go directly to the marina and repeated this request to the driver, my wife was nervous about going back to Egypt in the current climate she was worried about leaving the hotel but I persuaded her it would be fine, the driver them proceeded to take us over 10 miles out of our way to 'his friends bazare in a dingy horrible street in the middle of nowhere!!My wife was terrified and after screaming at the driver he eventually took us to the marina it was a horrible and Intimidating experience for my wife, when I complained to the guest relations lady hebda ahmed they didn't apologise she just said it was safe to go where the driver took us!! I was so angry again and this will stay with us fir the rest of our lives. My wife thought she was being kidnapped!! On my second to last day I left 2 pairs of trainers for 2 of the waiters and was horrified to find out the next day their manager had taken the shoes for themselves!! This is totally unacceptable the managers just stand around all do and steal the waiters tips For a 5 star hotel the Internet is a joke we had to go pay for Internet and beds at del mare if we wanted to send waatsap or look at Facebook. This needs addressing swiftly as all guests I spike to were frustrated by the WiFi speed. The good bits The waiters were amazing the chefs were incredible and the food is brilliant I found something to eat everyday people who complain about the food ate being ridiculous. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, a little dated but we didn't mind that, the beds were really comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the food and service at del mare restaurant on the beach, this is a real gem in labranda the manager esam is a real asset to labranda he was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing in del mare I honestly could recommend the restaurant enough The beach area is lovely we hired beds out in del mare restaurant everyday it had great Internet and fans on the beds

I heartily recommend the hotel. the rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. delicious and varied food. In the evening you can't get bored, there are shows and a disco. the hotel has amazing animators, especially Maher. During the day, various activities are organized and interesting trips are offered.

Labranda Royal Makadi Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels. In general, it is very excellent and wonderful. The lobby is clean. The bathrooms are very clean and the rooms are very beautiful. Thank you very much for the cleaning work. The restaurants are clean. Greetings to all the worlds.

Absolutely a place to avoid : Labranda Royal Makadi . I had a voucher for Superior Room and we tipped the receptionist and I was given a room with decrepit and obsolete furniture. The worst experience was the breakfast and the lunch that we, the tourists, had to take outside at temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahreinhart). The personel is very rude if you don't tip them. For example during the meals they are taken your cutlery if you finish eating a dish, but never give you a new pair or even worse : they are taken the dirty cutlery from your plate and put them on the table to eat the desert with the same cutlery that you ate the first dish. I had no idea how horrible the hotel it will be, because it was advertised on the internet and by the travel agency as a 5* Hotel, which is not. It is worthing only if you get a very cheap deal, like 400-500 euros flight and AI accomodation for a week , for a single room, as it is a 2* hotel.

I don’t have any problem there. Everybody was nice to us. There are many activities. The sea is so clear. The food was good. Room has everyday service. I would like to visit this hotel again in the future. There are 3 pool and you always find the perfect place for relax.

We spent 1 week in this hotel. 31/05/2024-07/06/2024. I would like to thank all members of the staff and management for making our rest easy and comfortable. Special thanks to executive chef Mr. Ahmed Seif and his team for the great and delicious food. And I also recommend the Dive More diving center located on the hotel grounds to guests who like diving. once again, thank you very much for everything, we hope to see you again at the end of September.

We stayed here after a river boat cruise down the Nile. Although the hotel was clean and well presented I couldn't get my head around the way they dish up the food, by hand and in disposable gloves! Not a spoon /ladel in sight and some of the servers literally throw the food on your plate this was the night of kebabs. The food at times left somewhat to be desired, undercooked and bland or very greasy! The dining room was full of small birds helping themselves to food that had been left on the table. Entertainment also was more catered to young children. The rooms were nice ,clean and tidy . The hotel is big and there's quite a walk from our room to the breakfast room/restaurant so if you have mobility issues then be aware . Pools clean and plenty of sun beds/parasols The beach was lovely although you are constantly asked by the reps to buy excursions! Annoying as some won't take no for an answer. There is the option to eat at the other onsite restaurants which are nice and much better than the main restaurant. I personally wouldn't return.
