True, honest and very long review... Upon arrival at SUNRISE Holidays Resort, all of the staff say ”Welcome Home” which we found initially a little bit odd. However after a 10 day stay we found that we had a new family! The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, towels, robes and toiletries are all supplied. the beds are comfy, what else do you need, frankly you don't spend much time in your room. Water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are topped up daily. Housekeeping staff are just fab The private beach is wonderful, the sea was warm and plenty of sunbeds. The beach staff make sure that you have everything you need, drinks are brought round at all times. There are great 4 restaurants on site, the buffet 'El Sol' is great there is something for everyone, the staff are great. I am a coeliac, so gluten free is a must. As soon as the staff were made aware of this they could not do enough for me, specially made desserts were brought out without even asking for them, gluten free bread arrived by magic for every meal. We only tried Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, as we loved the El Sol staff so much. Mohammed, the supervisor of Elia asked us to try the restaurant our, so we did, OMG it was so worth it. You can have one meal in each of the specialty restaurants per week. apart from Nasaya, which is chargeable. The guests that we spoke to said that Nasaya was very good and incredibly reasonable. Now... lets talk about our new family... The Splash Bar.... Where do I start... the guys are truly amazing. Tarek, Engelhard, Ahmed and Ahmed are the best. Our glasses were never empty, even though i was only drinking mint tea and coffee, they knew which i would like and when, i'm not sure how as even i didn't know! The managers Mahmood & Sean run a tight ship which we love and join in with everyone, making us feel so welcome. They put up with my learning Arabic badly and tried to teach me new words every day! They genuinely care that you are having a wonderful holiday. The animation team do not stop! how they have so much energy, we will never know. They are great, volleyball, dance lessons, AQUAGYM(!) evening entertainment, its brilliant. We only had one complaint.... The Disco (Jungle Bar) is like the secret ”speak easy” it doesn't have a sign anywhere and was really quiet, non of the guests knew about it! Once we found it we loved it! Ahmed is the sweetest and really looked after us. In summary... The staff made the holiday THE BEST. Warm weather, warm water, great wifi , great food and the warmest welcome. The best place to stay and spend your vacation! We choose Lilly Apar**ent to celebrate my daughter birthday 🎂 invite many friends. Party was amazing around the pool area 🏊‍♀️ Want to say thanks 😊 🙏 all team of Lilly apar**ent for help in organization, they made this day unforgettable for us. It was great pool day, with foam party, beautiful sea view and BBQ on the terrace. I recommend this place for everyone! Very clean, staff is friendly and kind. My lovely place in Hurghada! ❤️ 😍

Checking in felt great! Hygienic and clean, complete facilities, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The hotel is 2-3 kilometers away from the main commercial street, and the private beach is only for hotel guests. It is said online that the hotel is relatively old, but in fact the quality is there and can be ignored for the most part. The price/performance ratio is also high. It is recommended to choose it!

The first thing to say is that the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the airport when the weather is not too hot. This Hotel is exceptional value for money. The room I had was 307 and it was equipped with kitchen, lounge,bedroom and shower room. I found the bed comfortable and the location a short walk from the ***** of shops and restaurants. The jewel of this place is Ahmed. He is helpful, polite and very informative. He arranged two excursions for me and it would have been three had I not have booked one before flying out. I would stay here again. The one thing I found was the Internet was better in reception than my room. Well done to the Ivory Suites team you made my 4 night stay enjoyable.

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

Bedcoin staff are superstars! They were so kind, great fun and made sure that everyone enjoyed their stay. They gave honest advice and recommendations. The bed was super comfortable, the whole hostel very clean and breakfast was filling and delicious. Wishing you all the best with opening new rooms and I hope to return! It was so cosy and I slept so well that the noise from the street didn't bother me at all!

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

We start with the points in favour: Hotels in the best area of Hurghada, right inside the Marine. Outdoor well-treated. Beautiful and well-treated panorama terrace. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable and was very comfortable and clean for local standards. In the morning, in honour of chronicle, the water was not again and without saying half a word at 9.00 at the point we went away, at least breakfast is at the height and quality Synd because the potential is there, The staff is careful, but for now, the definition of “luxury” or “boutique” is a little pretentious.
