酒店的位置還算不錯，這應該是整個酒店唯一的優點了！別墅像是70年代留下的產物，洗漱用品還不如外面兩三百的酒店，網絡信號挺差的，晚上打電話到前台要服務，應該是打到了無人區，第二天退房叫駁車送我們去停車場，完全沒有服務可言！

房間衞生和服務沒有話説，畢竟是湖州地標建築，老品牌！管家Freya非常和善，知道是出來過生日的給安排了升房，蛋糕還有早餐券！雖然老品牌但是也要與時俱進啊，電視機也不是智能的，窗簾也舊了，連燈的開關都有點接觸不良了，雖然服務可以抵消一下，但在還是希望酒店能越做越好，成為真正的湖州的名片.
