Great location and good food. Need to to improve in room amenities as they are still lacking in lot of things.

Great location, great service, will definitely visit again

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

The accommodation is easy to travel around and not far from tourist attractions. The room condition looks good, like new and complete with amenities.

Staff was awesome.. great hospitality and room was very neat and clean.. superb experience. Restaurant and it's cleanliness is really awesome, food is very tasty 😋..overall great experience with Deccan serai hotel.. thanks to the staff keeping the hotel very clean and heigenic.

This is one of the worst hotel in hyderabad. There is no hygiene.they keep so many rules stating that in hotel smoking is not allowed but in all balcony rooms they are allowing people to smoke and property smells of smoke even if you are not smoking. I paid 6300 for one night and I felt this is not even worth 2000. The bathrooms are so horrible that even after flushing 10-15 times your loo will be still there in commode. Disgusting. There was one night manager tall dark and bald( not bodyshaming) but giving features of distinguishability so that his superiors take action on him. I was angry about smoke smell in the room and I was arguing with him he is literally shouting back at me in a threatening tone and giving serious look as though he ought to do something to me. I really felt scared being a girl to stay at this hotel. If management sees this review kindly take action on him as I felt he seemed threatening to the customers. Even the housekeeping boy was rude. I just wanted this night to get over horrible hotel horrible staff horrible management now I realized WHy there was no female staff in this hotel. I beg any girls or any decent human being not to choose this hotel. They replied stating that they take utmost care in hygeine. I will upload the pics let people decide They replied no smoking policy but their staff said they will do it in the balcony Regarding taking action against the staff members they are reluctant and they don't take action against their own staff.

Good experience staying here. Nice staff. I was utterly impressed by the impeccable service and luxurious ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape

The hotel experience was very good. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The food is decent but it could be improved. I have sometimes received a fried egg with raw egg white. Otherwise, service was very good, all the staff were very helpful. Also, the review word limit should be reduced because it is a bit difficult to write an entire 200 character long paragraph for a review.

It the location is good but service was bad. Super bad. We had three rooms books. For two they said they will provide laundry free and for one they denied though that was the expensive room. Than for the two they made issue for laundry bill at the time of checkout. They said it is chargeable however, firstly confirm it is free. They charged for excecutive suit for one room but provided delux. Then one of the front desk person was horrible full of attitude and full for arrogance. He litterly through the bill on desk after having heated argument for laundry agian for which they confrim is free at first. We raised the concern through feedback form but didnt get any reply or phone call from manager. at the time of handing over the form the same front desk guy arrogently replied " SURE I WILL HANDOVER THIS TO MY MANAGER" Like he know nobody is going to give a damn about anything. Also I had to call the front desk for number of time for single thing. I order tea and specificly asked to add suger while the time it is getting prepared. But nope it had zero suger. I had to add seprately. I asked them to take it and bring new still no change it is like the same as first. One thing good is the food. However they were adamant to bring anything thing else like tea if not in menu. We were here for a week and had a horrible experience. I will personally not ask anyone to come here for their stay

The room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 people and staff was good. Had a good experience. One thing that can be done is a little improvement in food. The varities in the breakfast buffet can also be enhanced as it contains limited variety for everyday

The quality of the service is applaudable. Appreciate the quick response. Breakfast is good with a wide range of dishes. The interiors are well designed and project a positive vibe, fills bliss. The start of my days here were marked with a brimming smile from the personnels.
