Why I gave only 3 star 1. Very supportive staff. Sameena was helpful in quick checkin and was willing to help when required. Manoj was attending all the issues in the whatsapp group 2. Good Location and accessible to IT hub 3. Ginger Tea is absolutely fantastic 4. Good security and privacy Why they lost 2 more stars 1. Washing machine is in 6th floor and it’s not a part of apartment. It’s gives an impression of a dormitory than a serviced apartment 2. They are absolutely rigid in their policies. 3. Refrigerator did not work for first two days and they were least bothered until we complained when veggies and milk got spoilt. Although the response was quick but not a good experience. Had to change pressure cooker twice . TV after activation did not work after a while. 4. Little Over priced I think small adjustments and little willingness would make it a great place to stay

Hi I was trying to book the best apartment you guys have on booking .com since the season is so busy I was worried i would loose the rooms So I booked one superior and one studio apartment just in case so that I can cancel the other room immediately after I talk to the receptionist about which room is better . So I called on the number provided on the website and a female executive picked the call and guided me through the rooms and the amenities and said she would share the link for booking and the room details on WhatsApp .. after a few mins I got a call back and she was questioning me in an authoritative tone about why I booked 2 rooms … I explained saying I want to book the best room I was confused so called u to enquire about the facilities I will cancel the other booking anyways buy she was shouting and talking to me in the worst tone possible .. and said why can’t I question you about our apartments , why did u book 2 apartments.. I just explained about the facilities why did u book 2 times .. and kept talking in a loud debating tone … all I was trying to do was book the best place for my parents and enquire about the facilities . She ruined the entire process … I’m sure the apartments are great but I’ll never book any because of her Her name is Sameena
