The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

It a party place as they got one of the best nightclubs there. Rooms are clean… friendly staff. Amazing food and service

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the ***ager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

Poor Reception Staff. Called up asking for check out time inspite of reconfirming existing booking.

We booked a room with family of 3 members for 1 night. Room was good clean and the service was good. Only 2 things i can suggest is 1.)hotel can provide little higher rooms for families as there is sound coming into the rooms when parties are going on. 2.) Check in can be little but faster. But rest of all the things are top standard👍

The lobby is spacious and comfortable. There are Buddha sculptures on the lobby and floors. The room is large and the decoration is poor. It is not as good as a domestic express hotel. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Check in was good, fast & efficient Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times Could have improved on it Reception staff were helpful

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, opposite the mall, breakfast is not bad, the hotel has a gym, American life equipment, and a sofa in the room.

An amazing and wonderful short stay at Falaknuma Palace during my daughter’s birthday month. Special words of praise for Mr. Abid Sheikh, Tejal Somani, Rahul Bajetha for the warm hospitality and a memorable check-in with an upgrade to the spectacular Golconda suite having a lovely view. All details especially the rose petal decoration outside the room door were well taken care of! A big shout out to the entire staff-carriage drivers, security, housekeeping, restaurant team for the excellent service and to Ms. Raees for an excellent tour of the Palace. The Sufi qawwali was a soulful experience.. kudos to the singers. It’s a lovely property with the staff taking pride in its culture. One area which needs improvement is the dining experience especially in terms of food taste and variety.
