The hotel is located right by the sea, with the seaside avenue in front of it and not far from the cruise ship terminal. It has a superior location and convenient transportation. You can walk to attractions such as Ibiza Castle. The hotel has a Mediterranean style, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and all have balconies. It is very pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze and the sea view!

Disappointed
The hotel is “nice” and in a great location. The rooms are tiny and smell like cigarettes.
The hotel was empty snd instead of giving me an upgrade, they gave me the worst room available.
They could train their staff better

Hotel bueno, limpio y con buen desayuno.
El Personal del hotel fue muy amable. Las instalaciones muy buenas. La habitación amplia, moderna y limpia. Hotel tranquilo en la Marina Botafoc a 1 minuto barco que va a Ibiza centro. Desayuno genial y camareras muy amables y atentas. Únicamente echo en falta que el hotel no tenga piscina.

Lovely stay!
The hotel was beautiful and very affordable. Decent central location. About a 15 minute walk to old town. We loved the balcony. The beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable to sleep in. Staff was absolutely incredible. We can’t say enough amazing things about Gabriel! He really made our stay at Ocean Drive a memorable one! The rooftop bar was also a good plus.

Viajo mucho por trabajo y ocio,y este hotel me ha llamado especialmente la atención por la amabilidad de su personal, y la magnífica gestión de su Subdirectora al frente (Claudine). Por una peculiaridad profesional, tuve una necesidad muy concreta que desde la primera toma de contacto vía telefónica con recepción,gracias al buen hacer y magnífica capacidad de gestión de Ana(jefa de recepción) todo fue mucho mejor de lo esperado. Se desviven por agradar al cliente. Es imposible recordar todos los nombres de tanto personal, pero en recepción Lucíaz,Ana, Noemí y Ana al frente. La comida ene el Sky Bar sobresaliente, se nota cuándo hacen con cariño las cosas dónde una chica rubia italiana y su compañero también italianos nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil. Habitabilidad muy correcta. Sin duda será mi primera opción cuando vuelva a Ibiza solo por trabajo o en pareja por ocio especialmente sabiendo que es un alojamiento "Petfriendly".

The hotel, while clean and well connected, was not worth the cost. The rooms were extremely small, the bed very uncomfortable, and the noise from the halls was extremely loud. Minimal amenities at this location - we could access the other Ocean Drive hotel for a pool and gym, but that was quite inconvenient. Restaurant served inconsistent food and multiple items wouldn’t be available when requested. Will certainly find a more comfortable and less costly option next time we stay in the area.

Cordialità e comprensione zero! Il nostro volo è stato cancellato. Abbiamo fatto il tentativo di prendere un altro volo (anche a pagarlo di nuovo con un altra compagnia aerea) sia lo stesso giorno che il giorno successivo nonostante avremo perso una notte ma senza successo perché era tutto over-booking. Abbiamo contattato l'hotel spiegando la situazione ma abbiamo riscontrato un muro. Addirittura anche Booking ha provato a contattare la struttura ma senza nessuna risposta. In poche parole abbiamo perso 1550 € senza avere nessuna colpa!
