There was a massive cockroach in our room… the air conditioning wasn’t working fully!! The night manager was extremely helpful… in the morning the women at reception was shocking. Actually said she wasn’t going to apologise and said just to ‘deal with it’ luckily we only stayed for one night but it was an experience that I hope no one else will have to go through and on top to have the to spend 450 pounds a night for the pleasure is an actually disgrace also our luxury room had fogged out windows so you feel like you are in a prison.

Schönes, neues Hotel, 200m von der Piazza entfernt.
Gut isoliert, modern eingerichtet.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Frühstück a la Carte auf dem Rooftop mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die Burg.
Einziges Manko: keine Privatsphäre auf der Toilette, da mit Glasscheibe zum Schlafzimmer getrennt.

Heel fijn, gloednieuw hotel in het hart van Ibiza stad. Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige kamer met een heerlijke douche. Alles is aanwezig zoals föhn, lekkere shampoo enz. Hebben via het hotel zelf geboekt waardoor we het ontbijt erbij hadden! Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt in het zonnetje op de rooftop.

The most inflexible and inhuman hotel I have ever dealt with. Despite having a health issue and requesting a modification to my booking made just the day before, they showed no consideration and refused to modify the reservation, causing me to lose all my money.

Struttura molto ben posizionata al centro di Ibiza, arredamento di design ma essenziale, molto pulito e personale molto cordiale, Gentile, ed educato. Anche dopo una nottata il personale della reception è stato particolarmente gentile aiutandoci e soprattutto Antonio è stato molto cordiale ed efficiente

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel pulitissimo e con uno staff così gentile ma così gentile mai visto prima ☺️☺️☺️ Fiore all’ occhiello insieme alla posizione centralissima e vicinissima al porto per traghetto Formentera ( uno dei motivi per il quale l abbiamo scelto ) Colazione buona inclusa nel prezzo , camera spaziosa con bagno super . Torneremo sicuramente 🥰🥰

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte essendo solamente di passaggio. Hotel nuovissimo situato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro città e il porto. Camere ampie,pulite e silenziose. Manca qualche dettaglio,es:ciabatte,portasciugamani. Colazione alla carta ma di ottima qualità ,con possibilità di scelta ampia. Non è presente la palestra in struttura. In conclusione credo sia un buon hotel per chi si vuole recare a Ibiza e viversela all’insegna del comfort.
