Good just for a get away
It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. We went to spend new year’s eve and the party was very disorganized, we didn’t know that we have to bring our own drinks and food, nothing to eat or dip. 40 min before midnight I had to go and jump to the boxes of the ornaments for my family, as there was nobody giving them to the tables…
In overall to get away from ok. But I believe there is a loy more the manager can do to inprove the quality

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y tiene muchas áreas y actividades que no se ven en las página web o redes sociales, realmente me quedé sorprendida de todo lo que te ofrecen tanto en áreas como actividades para los huéspedes. Me parece que la comida del restaurante podría mejorar, no es mala, pero tampoco es muy buena. Deberían surtir y abastecer más el minimarket o tiendita que manejan, teniendo en cuenta que no hay tiendas a los alrededores.

Me encantó la habitación y el área de la piscina para las habitaciones, es súper privado, tranquilo. A pesar de haber un evento en el hotel, nosotros ni cuenta. Además es pet friendly, hemos disfrutado mucho junto a nuestra mascota :)

El hotel es muy bonito, amplias habitaciones, ducha relajante, tiene muchas piscinas para distraerse, un cine al aire libre con canchita de cortesía y mantas en caso haga frío. Su sopa seca con carapulcra acompañado con su chancho a la caja china es muy bueno, un lugar muy tranquilo y apacible si uno busco paz y tranquilidad.
