These are the photos jet2 think it's OK to heat food up in the microwave same food for 14 days alicusive lunch time tea time never changed food was cold after complaining to jet2 rep all staff started to clean put knew elements in hot plates ashamed of jet2 policies never go back unless you want food poisoning

Stayed in idas hotel with 2 friends hired a safe for money to go missing from a locked safe! Other guests had same happen to them, manager wasn't interested,food cold and repative, no hot water for 2 days! Would never return.stay away!! Restaurant tired , pool needs revamped no walking room especiallyif mobile issues.. Upside u can use the idas club hotel across the road .avoid the British pub on main road 3 pizzas, 2 beers and 1 Fanta £69 partly our fault as was charmed in don't be fooled!!

Let's start with the good, Rooms are clean with a good balcony, rooms cleaned daily and towels changed, a bit hit and miss wether your water and coffee get replaced though, the staff are friendly and try there best with what is available to them, only one bar at the pool which has a minimal selection of drinks, the food isn't great and there is very little selection, you can guarantee chicken casserole every day and Southern fried chicken breast in the afternoon, all the fittings are tired and worn out, some of the handrails are loose and wobbly,it could do with a total refit, best advice avoid and book elsewhere.

Spent two weeks at the Idas adult only hotel (3rd year), and again, we have had a great time. Met up with old friends and made new friends. The hotel staff are friendly, food is a good mixture always something to eat, clean rooms and pool and as a bonus for me personally there is my good friend Ali who is the jeweller who's shop is in the hotel lobby always make sure I buy something from his beautiful collection and choice of gold and silver. Back next year.

I stayed at the Idas Hotel as a solo traveller and I really enjoyed my stay, the rooms are clean and spacious with tea, coffee and powdered milk plus water in the fridge daily, the food was acceptable and I found something eat every meal, yes its repetitive and chicken been the most used, breakfast is basic but again I found something eat, omelette, scrambled, fried and boiled eggs available with continental choice, coffee and juice machine, the staff are polite and helpful, they do only speak basic English but no real issues, I will definitely return

This is one of rhe best the food was good staff very helpful Blackbird (Charlie) was most friendly How people have complained about this hotel is beyond me. They have must be hard to please or just like to complain what more can I say come and check it out Ken&Jen

Fantastic hotel. Food great and something for everyone. I cannot understand critisisms of the food. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Great location right in the middle of Icmeler so handy for everything. My only critisism is the wifi which was great the first few days then became intermittent. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and wwould definately visit again. Recommended.0

It's adults only and just alright. The rooms are very nice and spotlessly clean and ours was serviced everyday. Our room was facing the street so no chance of any sleep before 1 o'clock in the morning. The pool area is nice and lilos provided and with another sun bathing area up a few steps. There is only one bar which is by the pool the drinks are very limited Vodka Whiskey Brandy Gin which are very strange because theyre all white and only two cocktails. All the reviews about the food are correct. It's very basic and the same everyday. It's not worth the all inclusive. We ate out quite alot. And alot of guests went out for breakfasts. The man on reception called Mr Charlie is a nice friendly chap but constantly goes on about Viagra for some unknown reason. The rest of the staff are downright miserable and look like they don't want to be there. You can also use the Idas Club hotel across the road. We went in there once and only once. It's horrible looks like it needs a face-lift. We had a lovely holiday in Icemeler but it wasn't because of this hotel. It's barely a three star. We will return to Icemeler but never to this hotel.
