The hotel location is great, the rooms were nice but when we first entered the room was not clean enough, then cleaning was done every day. Breakfast could be a little better but in terms of price performance it is not bad and can be preferred.

A good hotel, but in almost all of Icmeler there is loud music until 12 at night.

On arrival, was taken to room 218, no bedding or lights, next room on 4th floor no balcony, I refused to stay. They promised a move the following day. Taken to room 207. Not bad, but definitely not cleaned. I took it upon myself to clean it. ( my choice). The Manager was rude when I discussed this, & was ignored for the rest of my holiday. I cleaned the fridge which had dried milk & allsorts of things stuck to it. Either the cleaners are lazy, or they don't get paid enough. The staff were smoking & serving my breakfast. I only are there once. Pool area was diabolical dirty & unsafe. The only good thing I can say about it was the lovely Murad, he made my stay more bearable. A night manager who worked 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for a pittance. Would I stay again, A massive no Thank you.

Whole experience from start to finish was a nightmare. Felt unsafe most of the time, the staff were useless and so unhelpful, the rooms are dreadful especially the death trap of a bathroom as the shower floods the whole room. The bedding was only changed once in my 10 night stay because I managed to catch the 'cleaners' on one of their visits to get them to do it. Hardly any plugs, wires hanging out from the walls too. The place is absolutely not worth the money at all

On arrival I was taken to 4th floor which had massive tile crack outside lift. no balcony. I am asthmatic and like to hang out a washing and have a nice relaxing time on a balcony. Next day still sat in travel clothes stinking sweating and not unpacked i asked manager at 3-30 if new room ready, only 1 room available was hell hole had to take it as had tiny balcony, room was filthy floor dirty inside drawers dirty not wardrobe door no bathroom door so when male made came in and i was just about to shower i got upset. all they done was empty bin change towels nothing else. room was tiny and filthy and the side table was ready to fall as wobbling from side to side only 2 plug ports, breakfast was in edible. no private beach no bus stop outside hotel. loud music in bar to 4am was a dump never again whilst there a fellow guest got 200 pounds robbed out his safe.

Just got back from a two week stay, our second visit this year. Another lovely time was had by us all. From the maids, reception and bar staff to cooks, we couldn’t fault any of them. All so pleasant and helpful. Pool very refreshing, not many parasols though, so if your a pool person and like shade, then you’d have a problem staying here. All new loungers since June. Never got hassled to stay and drink/eat at the hotel and wasn’t a problem to eat/drink around the pool area if we brought stuff from outside. Rooms are lovely, but still some water retaining in the bathroom whilst showering, so you have to be careful. Breakfast was the same as June. Two drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, hot chocolate) cheese, beans, egg on toast or Turkish breakfast. Suited us as we’re not big breakfast eaters and I liked the fact it was served until 11am. Music is very loud but turned down at midnight, however, there’s two surrounding bars blasting music until quite late. It never affected us, but it did bother my son up in the top floor as his room was right opposite shake bar. Rooms were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels/toilet paper/toiletries stocked up without ever needing to ask. Would definitely stay again, providing the price is right.

We booked our holiday to Turkey through loveholidays website. When we booked the hotel , the information on your website did not show that the hotel had different room options and when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a box for a room. When we complained the staff member was very apologetic but advised that we had only booked a standard room. We explained that we do not have any options when we booked the hotel, they moved us to a slightly bigger room. This other room had a wire on the floor and the bathroom was very badly designed as when you had a shower the water stayed on the floor which became dangerous. We were not given any options for breakfast when we booked the room, but we were told there were only 3 options and they were warm bread with either eggs, scrambled eggs or beans. Tea or coffee was chargeable. There was no iron available to use. This I would consider to be a basic need. While the staff came to clean the rooms daily and change the towels, this was not the case some of the towels had stains on them and the floor was NOT swept or cleaned , only bathroom was wiped down and the beds made. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall outside our room door . Access to the hotel was through a pub. The only good things were the Bar staff and Carlos in hotel part nice to deal with they were very helpful and tried to accommodate our needs. Your website needs to show and have the correct information available, and this was not the case with regards this hotel.

Hotel itself is brilliant location. The Kent bar downstairs from the hotel was the highlight super friendly lads working long hours. Breakfast included wasn’t great had it a few times but for the price your better eating out. How hard can it be to toast bread and boil a egg? The first room we got put into had two small single beds and no room to move. We couldn’t open the bathroom door to get in without it hitting the sink. The bathroom flooded water everywhere up to your ankles when showering had to use towels to stop it getting into the bedroom. Second room still not great but at least it was a double bed and more comfy but had to climb over my partner to get out. Balcony was even smaller and the fridge didn’t work due to one plug socket in the room. Bathroom still flooded but not as bad as bad as the first. One night no water either. We didn’t use the pool as looked small, cramped and not the cleanest. The reception staff where not great either the older man was helpful and spoke English the younger ones spoke nothing and found it hard to ask for toilet paper. Not very clean but we did get fresh towels, probably because I used them each night to soak up all the water leading to the bedroom. We had a amazing holiday still due to the resort itself and the lovely staff at BAM BAM beach Jack will look after you!! Better hotels for cheaper in icmeler. Shame as the pictures and reviews from august were so promising. See you next year icmeler but not Emilia hotel!! :)

As I had stayed here in June with my mum and had no issues apart from the rude staff me and my partner thought we would return. However our experience was slightly different as we arrived at ten in the and it was classed as out first day we were told we weren't entitled to our first mornings breakfast and had to wait around until we could check in at 2 o’clock. Once we checked in we found that our wardrobe was falling apart. A couple of days into the trip our bathroom door broke and my partner was lock in for 45 minutes as I was out the room he had no choice but to kick the door in to get out but as he had to break the door we were then stuck with a £150 bill and no bathroom door for the rest of our trip as they refused to move us . As the lock was broken and he had no choice but to break the door we found it very unfair that we were expected to pay We found the breakfast in edible as they could not even so much as warm beans We found it an awkward atmosphere for the rest of our trip
