Excellent Service.. Wonderful Location.. Rooms were very Spacious and Comfortable amazing view from the Room. Hotel staff were very Courteous.. If planning to visit Munnar.. This is one of the Finest Resort.

Location of the hotel is very good. The food quality of the food is all so very good. The all staff are very friendly. There Ampiyance and property is very good. Room service and clearness is good. Team work is excellent. Ayurveda spa treatment and staff courtesy is good.

We recently had a trip to Munnar with my family and my friends Family. Booking was done directly by contacting the resort over phone. we were a group of 2 families with 8 members and one driver. Booking was confirmed after making sure that Driver accommodation was available. 3 wooden cottages were booked for 4 nights. Pros: Beautiful location excellent view from the balcony. Mini Offroad experience for those liking it. Cons: Located almost 25 kms away from Munnar in a remote location with nothing available in the near vicinity Rooms are spacious, But only one dental kit provided, No shaving kit, No foot wear, No soaps, Approach roads to the reception and restaurant is very steep and elderly people can never do it by foot. No driver accommodation provided as promised, He was asked to stay with the watchman in a dungeon like this room. Later we paid extra and got him an accommodation. They make sure to collect full money has to be paid upfront, which is non refundable. MD of the place was very rude on phone when we asked for driver accommodation and said drivers should sleep in the car. Whole place is heavily infested with leeches and noisy insects but that is part of the nature. Food is okay but you have no other choice. In the end they made us pay 1000rs extra for a bed sheet which was minimally stained by food. Our Total stay costed almost 1 lakh rupees but still they insisted on the charges for washing the bed sheet. On the whole i would definitely not recommend this place anybody . Book and stay at your own risk.

The room was good but the staff at front desk held us for sometimes for the room clearance which we do understand. But when he came back he said there was one coffee cup is missing and I said there was only one coffee cup they gave us at the time of check in which they should know as well. Then the girl at the front desk held few more minutes just to clarify the number of cups. See I paid 6000rs for that room just for a night regardless of no other entertainments which I did not expected. I did not mentioned about that I was expecting some more extra activities apart from the play room when we pay that much money for a night. But when you guys hold us to checking for that coffee is very disrespectful. Tony the owner should teach your front desk staff how to treat your customers with respect and integrity.

very good rooms. very good staff. tree houses are the best. its fully automated tree house. good views. good food. overall it was excellent. expecially how the staff treats the guest, it was awesome..
