I went with my husband and 4 year old daughter, and it was a very relaxing and memorable stay. Right from the moment you enter you are hosted so well, the grand welcome and the seamless checkin. The activities they have to offer are all so well organised, be it the morning tea plantation walk or the evening bonfire with music. The complimentary high-tea in the evening was something I used to daily look forward to in my 3 day stay. The food was delicious and the spread was huge ! The rooms have beautiful view of the tea plantation and mountains. But the best part of my stay was the way me and my family was treated by the staff. They have taken 'Atithi devo bhava' to a whole new level. Be it Ann, our guest manager, or the staff at reception. All our requests were taken care of. And the restaurant staff, Mr. Akhil, Mr. Raju, Mr. Tasbir, were at the prime of hospitality. They would be so pateint and welcoming to all our orders and requests. We were greeted so well while entering the restaurant 3 times a day and from making us sit well till the time we leave, utmost care was taken of. We were very happy to see even our lil one's demands being fulfilled too with utmost care. All in all it was the staff who made our stay memorable. Thankyou ! I do look forward to visiting again with the entire family :)

THE HOSPITALITY , STAFF BEHAVIOUR, SERVICE= EVERYTHING IS TOP OF THE WORLD. WE DONT HAVE A SINGLE COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS RESORT OR THEIR STAFF. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. ONE OF THE BEST LOCATION, GOOD FOOD. BEING A VEG. THEY MADE SURE TO OFFER US MAXIMUM VEG. FOOD AND EVEN SERVED SOME EXTRA ITEMS APART FROM THEIR BUFFET WITHOUT EVEN REQUESTING.

Beautiful location with very cooperative and friendly staff , specially morning walk's arranged by resort had spectacular view and great atmosphere.we really enjoyed it. Food was satisfactory Pool is clean and properly maintained.However the location of pool is bit concerning about privacy as it attached to restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and looking to visit one more time😊 Recommend for others to visit and enjoy the spectacular views.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Cliff Resort Munnar. The rooms were spacious & luxurios, the view from the rooms were breathtaking, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staffs were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Exceptional hospitality services by the F&B, FO & Housekeeping team. Amazing dedication & professionalism by GM Aneesh! Truly recommend this place!
