It is a beautiful place in Munnar, different atmosphere. The resort is surrounded by trees nested for different varieties of birds and monkeys which made the surrounding calming like never before. It is truly nature healing place to your mind. Staffs are very friendly, kept engaging us and they kept kerala tradition alive. And when it comes to food it’s the best place in Munnar, I thoroughly enjoyed food at their place. Overall a memorable stay.

The welcome was truly heartwarming, and the staff at the front desk, fitness center, and restaurant showed exceptional dedication to ensuring guests’ comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Lijo(Therapist), the lady therapist, and the restaurant managers for their outstanding hospitality. Even the security personnel were incredibly. Overall, it was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, both in terms of staff and the serene location. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a calm and friendly accommodation experience in Munnar.

The Blackberry Hills of Munnar - Nature Resort & Spa is STUNNING and wonderful. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, the amenities are great, and the nature can't be beat. The food is yummy, too. A pool was under construction while we were there, which will be a fun addition when it's complete. The spa is also wonderful. From the early morning yoga, to the local hikes, to the support for all your adventure planning - I couldn't recommend this team more highly.

Beautiful property with mind blowing scenery. Property has a cute restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyone in staff is always smiling and are ready to help. There's something for everyone at Blackberry Resort.

My stay was very comfortable. Tea tasting with Arun was a very informative experience. I learned a lot about different types of Teas. I highly recommend the tea tasting. I wish I could have stayed longer in Munnar to experience the tea treks. Please go to the tea museum if you have time.

Stay was awesome…welcome was cute with nice ayurveda drink and presence… Food was great… Staff are excellent… Shiva and his colleagues gave the best hospitality Ayurveda Spa was nice… View from the resort is wonderful….. I have been in this place with my family for 2 nights in monsoon season. The resort is fully immmersed in the nature and the staff makes you feel at home: they are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We reserved two rooms (Altos and Cirrus): both types offer a lot of space, nice forniture and big and confortable bathroom (the difference is the view and the jacuzzi). Of course in monsoon season you have to deal with a lot of humidity; but we felt very confortable in the room. The view from Cirrus is fantastic. The restaurant offers very good Kerala cuisine with stunning view on te valley at a resonable price. The service at the restaurant could be more precise and timely (but to be honest we found similar issues in all the restaurant in India, also at 5 stars hotel). We tried the SPA for a Kerala massage, the yoga lesson, a guided walk through the tea plantations and a tea tasting session: all the activities were good are complementary; we had to pay only for the Kerala massage. We appreciated in particular the tea tasting provided by Arun and the walk with Robin. I would really recommend to stay in this hotel because it offers incredible value for the money, stunning views, the rooms are very good, the oofered services are valuable and you fill like at home.
