Slow pool service
Drinks by the pool weren't cold, it was very hot the days I stayed. I complained a few times, but it didn't help
Every day there were several power outages and there was no light for many minutes

Experiência excelente como sempre! Frequento há muitos anos o hotel Mercedes. Estão sempre melhorando. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso, colchões, lençóis e toalhas brancas novos, a decoração da suíte também. Isso sem falar na vista, na piscina do deck sobre o mar…. Experiência única em Ilhabela!

Os cuidados com a manutenção e higiene são ótimos e os funcionários muito atenciosos e prontos para ajudar. As piscinas são limpas. Apenas não gostamos do cardápio do restaurante, poucas opções de petiscos. O restaurante do hotel ao lado supera.
