Beautiful hotel but very poor service. Reasonable coffee and there was no one in the restaurant to serve you. Poor maintenance of facilities. The pool's wooden deck had loose and uneven wood, which could even cause accidents.
I tried to speak to the hotel reception on the phone several times to ask a question and I was unable to complete the call. The WhatsApp channel they provide does not work. They see your message but simply don't respond. Bad experience.

Quarto super organizado e limpo, hotel lindo e espaçoso , atendimento de ótima qualidade. Café da manhã maravilhoso e super completo, com todas opções de muita qualidade. Equipe sempre muito prontificada para dar recomendações sobre a cidade. Recomendo e retornarei!!!!!

Hotel muito aconchegante, organizado, funcionários educados e atenciosos, café da manhã com muitas opções, e o melhor, dormir ao som da natureza foi muito bom para recarregar as energias. Espero poder voltar em breve para aproveitar ainda mais o hotel e também Ilhabela :)

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei, a comodidade é perfeita e o café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso. O ambiente é muito agradável e eles tem uma pizza incrível Super recomendo a todos. A localização é perto das praias do centrinho, podem ir sem medo.

Foram dias extremamente maravilhosos que passamos com amigos. Tudo ocorreu perfeitamente, desde a chegada até a triste hora de ir embora. Estrutura, limpeza, alimentação, tudo perfeito. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e gentis, em especial: Guilherme e Alex ( atendentes da piscina) e as meninas da recepção: Rachel e Mônica...mto obrigado pela recepção e carinho que teve conosco. Gui nos deu ótimas dicas de passeio e gastronomia. Valeu demais a experiência. Volto com certeza.

Ficamos hospedados no hotel Kalango, e tivemos uma experiência incrivelmente perfeita! Ao chegarmos fomos atendidos pela Monica na recepção, totalmente simpática atenciosa, e durante a nossa estadia, nos deu várias dicas do que curtir no hotel e na ilha, na área da piscina fomos super bem atendidos pela Maria, Allex, Guilherme e Mariana totalmente prestativos, educados, simpáticos e tornaram a nossa estadia melhor ainda… Aaa se você se hospedar por favor coma a pizza BELLA ITÁLIA ela é única e saborosa demais, nunca comemos antes nada igual. Sobre o hotel ele é mais lindo ainda do que pensávamos, amamos cada detalhe, um ambiente que ao mesmo tempo é romântico também é familiar! Quero agradecer imensamente aos colaboradores do hotel Mônica, Maria , Allex, Gabriel, Guilherme , Mariana e Raquel que fizeram com que a nossa hospedagem fosse perfeita, fazendo a gente se “sentir em casa” .
