Отель приятно удивил: все , что нужно для отличного отдыха!!! Номера отличные, в номере кофемашина с капсулами, nescafe, чистота, бар пополняли регулярно. Еда вкусная, завтраки бесподобные, алкоголь выше всех похвал!!! Несколько раз тур оператор предлагал этот отель, отказывалась, точно скажу - зря!!! У сына были соревнования и нужно было в том регионе выбрать отель. Тут и решила проверить, что же все хвалят? Так точно скажу, выбирайте его !!! Я вернусь - однозначно!!! Наверное бассейнов не хватает в летнее время, но на пляже шезлонгов много!!! Удивило, что в конце октября 100% заполняемость. На пляже не легко было найти место, если не пришла утром пораньше!!!

Fantastic hotel for a end of year break we have travelled the 2bd weekend in November for three years now and have been blessed with very agreeable weather 23-29 through the day falling to 15-17 in the evening. Great variety of food, very comfortable accommodation, courteous staff and facilities we find are all 1st rate.

BEST HOTEL EVER !🤩Myself and my partner have never been to a better hotel than this, the pictures on the website definitely does not do it justice. The quality of food is 5 ⭐️ and the service from all members of staff were off top quality. I would like to give a special mention to Emre who served us each night in the pool beach bar, he was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning. Thank you from Brendan and hannah.

Das Hotel ist Mega gepflegt, Zimmer, Garten, Restaurants und Beach. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sensationelles Spa. Das Restaurant bietet vielfältige Speisen, frisch und abwechslungsreich, Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Unser einzigster Minuspunkt war die Lautstärke der Abendanimation vor Ort, aber auch von den umliegenden Häusern.

Currently staying here, check in was busy but swift. Booked two rooms as couples and got two totally different rooms both paid the same. Queried this at reception to be told the hotel is full and that’s just how it is! Bar and waiting staff are all lovely and try their best to speak English which is much nether that our Turkish. Guest relations need to have someone who is employed to be public facing and polite not someone who is expressionless and miserable. So far I have found the housekeeping staff the happiest. Yes I know it’s the end of the season and everyone is tired and ready to home but our experience is somewhat marred by certain members of staff who clearly aren’t suited to working in a public facing role.

Второй раз в этом отеле, но точно- последний! Испортилось все - уборка в номере ( пол не мыли чаще всего, пахло канализацией в номере на 5 этаже) - еда- однообразие- рыбы нет практически- иногда на завтраке, грязная посуда, скатерти - в отеле болеют ротовирусной инфекцией - при этом никакой дезинфекции- пахнет рвотой в лифте и в ресторане ((( благо, что мы уже последние дни были там - официанты- только ждут деньги, иначе долго не подойдут - теперь о гиде от анекс тур( Наталья) - она ловко обманывает, приукрашивая спа ( Q- spa) - уверяя, что сама там была буквально вчера, а там уровень сервиса очень плохой и гигиена отсутсьвует( Деньги за неоказанную услугу- она и анекс тур отказываются возвращать ( несмотря на жалобу и неполученную услугу - на пляже- сломанные лежаки и неубранный мусор Называется отдохнули ((( В этот отель не рекомендую ехать! Это, не 5 звезд уже! Фото гида и котов, которые сидят на столе

oteli çok fazla araştırarak gittik ets çalışanı kendisi gitmiş epey detaylı anlattı odalar temizlik yiyecekler pizzalar her şey aşırı kaliteli kapalı alkol biralar vb üst düzey. aktivite az çocuklar için bebek aqua’sı yok bunu bilerek gittik tekrar gitmek istiyorum mesela oğlum bebekti ama büyüdüğünde sıkılır mesela bence bu bir eksiklik. denizi mükemmel ailece iyi vakit geçirdik sivaslı ustama selamlar oğlum ve ben rota olduk malesef temmuz ayında tüm manavgat’ta rota salgını varmış 3 gün hastanede yattık serum taktırdık berbat oldu tatilimizin yarısı . usta bize özel çorba hazırlattı odamıza yollattı konforlu atlattık hastalığı en azından buna sevindik . oğlum ortak alanda malesef bir kez kustu hemen temizlediler kendimizi rahat hissetirdiler aileme bebekli dostlarıma önerdim sneak deki pizza ve tiramusu efsoydu. güzel yemeli dinlenmeli az aktiviteli tatil isteyenler kaçırmasın

Als Paar Christine und Gerhard Wir hatten großes Pech mit dem Flugzeug Anreise Schlechte Belüftung Und dafür aber sehr gute Betreuung im Hotel. Durch Ali beim Kofferservive und Tarik im Spa und Wellness Bereich. Beide sprechen hervorragend deutsch!!!. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Luxus Hotel erster Klasse. Wir möchten uns noch mal ganz herzlich bedanken für den schönen Urlaub im Miramare Beach Team .

Отель сильно испортился, а жаль. Начну по порядку. Пляж убирают плохо, в песке битое стекло, жена порезала руку. Уборка в номерах стала на троечку - либо пляжные полотенца положить забудут, либо воду не оставят. И это при наличии чаевых. Про пополнение минибара лучше вообще забыть. Проблемы гостей в отеле никого не волнуют, Guest relation не реагируют на многократные просьбы никак. Но если раньше это компенсировалось ресепшен, который оперативно решал все проблемы, то теперь не работает нормально и ресепшн. Простой пример, подушку из меню подушек просили 12! раз! Так и не получили. Это не норма для 5* точно, для такого ценника тем более. Поменять закончившийся шампунь в номере просили 4 дня. Поменяли в итоге, когда за руку поймал уборщицу в коридоре и показал, что нужно. Жаль ресепшен. В прошлые годы это был самый четко работавший сервис в отеле. Теперь бесполезны. Бар на пляже. Без чаевых про обслуживание можно забыть, про еду тоже. И даже с чаевыми будьте готовы ждать часами простейший бургер при полупустой посадке. Главный ресторан. Ну это было слабее, чем в прошлые годы, но все еще съедобно. Подводя итог, это был прекрасный отель с отличный сервисом и внимательным отношением к гостям. Сейчас в глаза бросается экономия на всем, на персонале в первую очередь. Печально, когда жадность губит хорошие отели
