When we entered the hotel, Ayşe and İbrahim were very rude to the reception staff. They welcome German or foreign customers very nicely. They did everything rude to us because we were Turkish. They did not want to let us into the hotel because it was trip com.
They said this company is unsafe. They said that the foreign company is smart, you bought it cheaply. After an hour of arguing, they let us into the hotel. They asked for a passport. We said that we are Turkish citizens, let's give an ID. After a long discussion, they accepted.
Small children are free in domestic companies. We do not have children. However, children are charged at Atrip.com. It is affordable for those without children.
We followed all the legal rules.
We have not seen such behavior in the Side region so far.
We have stayed in many hotels with Atrip.com.

Resepsiyon görevlileri çok kaba saygısız. Sürekli güvenlik ile attırım tehditleri söylüyorlar . Yemekler çok kötü. Lezzetsiz. Et olarak sadece hindi tavuk Denize çok uzak . Side otelleri içinde en kötüsü. Türk misafirlere çok kötü davranış var. trip.com dan ucuza oda aldım diye baskı uyguladılar. Girişte bir saat tartıştılar. Ucuza niye aldınız diye . Tatili mahvetmek için sürekli oda kontrol diye rahatsız ettiler. Esir kampı gibi

Отличный отель для отдыха с детьми .😀 Приехали 10.00. Сразу заселили все отлично .Питание и сервис хороший .Детская площадка с горками .Анимация каждый вечер разнообразная для деток .Пляж чистый ,много шезлонгов ,бар на пляже отличный ,питание разнообразное .На ресепшене рускоговорящий персонал это большой бонус этого отеля .Огромная благодарность гастролейшен Юлии за помощь в отеле ,все вопросы помогает решать быстро .Все рекомендую этот отель для отдыха как дома уютно и комфортно на 5+.

Food was ok you would never go hungry Good location close to the beach.The room we had was ok,we got upgraded to a family room free of charge,but it was very noisy at night and the beds were very uncomfortable way too hard. The main downside to this holiday was it that it was mainly geared for the German and Russian guests,who I may add were extremely rude and arrogant! We was the only English here and felt that the other guests got treated a lot better than us.I would never come back here because of that or to Antalya as it seems to be too very Russian and German dominated.

Excelent hotel, repas variés, chambre excelente, propre, à proximité de plusieurs bazars, 300 m de la plage, accès par chauffeur avec voiturette. Personnel très accueillant tant que l'on applique les règles de savoir vivre. Directeur de l'hôtel à l'écoute des voyageurs.

Definitely not a 5* more a 3* They don’t cater for English at all food wasn’t the best sprouts should be on a Christmas dinner not breakfast 😂 chips for breakfast 🤔, alcohol was ok though plenty of it entertainment was shocking only on for an hour most night and not the best, rooms where cleaned everyday fridge stocked up daily,would we go back 🤔 definitely not.
