The Hotel was beautiful, however on late arrival there was absolutely no information on the services offered at the hotel by reception. It was nice to discover that despite our late arrival we could relax in the Lobby Bar which was open 24 hours. After a couple of beers we headed to our rooms. Rooms were spacious and spotless with tea, coffee and a mini bar with soft drinks and water as part of the AI concept. The beds were a little hard, but I slept no problem. The air conditioning was very effective and cooled the room quickly. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower unit which included a marble seating area with a large basin and a copper bowl to pour water from the basin over your head (Turkish bath style). Only problem we had with the room was we had to visit reception a few times to get the key cards reprogrammed. Food, although nice, was not in my opinion the best, too fish orientated for my liking with the same type grilled fish available almost every night. Salsd and fruit was fresh and plentiful. Don’t know if the restaurant was short staffed but the staff at times were not very helpful or friendly. If you were not down at the restaurant first thing it was often difficult to find a table that had been made up despite there being plenty of empty tables. If you asked for a table to be made up for you, you were given a look of disapproval as if you should just go and get cutlery and napkins yourself, you were never sat down and never offered a drink by the waiter, not on for a 5 star Hotel. Smashing big pool, kids pool and splash pool with slides for the kids and the young at heart, loads of Sun beds, however shortage caused by the usual selfish people who throw a towel down in the morning and return hours later. The pool bar served all the usual alcoholic and soft drinks and the snack bar served tasty burgers, chips and Pizza which were made to order. Just outside the hotel out the back exit, on the way to the beach, is a small river which is inhabited by loads of turtles, some at least a metre in length. The private beach was huge, beautiful and sandy, great for people who are a little unsteady as there are no rocks or stones on entering the sea. Didn’t like that there were no tables or hooks to hang your bags, nor did I like the practice at the beach bar of pre pouring and stacking beer on the bar top, beer goes through a chiller for a reason, this was done whether the bar was busy or not. Only a suggestion, it would have been great if each bar stocked a carton of long-life milk for those of us who like tea with milk, although we are few and far between at that side of Turkey. Don’t know why the British are not attracted to this side of Turkey, the beaches, bars and shopping are amazing. All in all another great holiday and if the price was right, which on this occasion it was, I would certainly visit again.

We had an amazing experience and its our third time in the same hotel. We feel like home in Seher Sun :) The staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Gulseren for always helping with our needs. Overall hotels is old but well kept and clean. The variety of food is okay and the road to the beach is quite enjoyable for us even walking, although they provide transportation. We love the beach in this hotel. We are sure getting back again next season!

Lovely hotel, rooms spacious and clean with large and lovely shower. Beach very nice although disappointing the bar closes at 5pm and there weren't any evening activities at the beach. Found many of the staff quite rude and unhelpful, almost like we were putting them out by asking for drinks! Slides fun but not open all day. Very, very German orientated hotel, they definitely cater for their biggest audience, food was fairly poor and repetitive and very little choice for children. No toilets by the pool so quite a dangerous trip on marble floors when in wet swimwear. Entertainment fairly poor but may be early in the season, other hotels seemed to have a lot more going on. Turtles in river outside nice to see but hold your nose as the smell is pretty bad! Foam party was great fun enjoyed by all. The man working in the shop and Ibrahim at the bar were great! Pool pizza and ice cream was good, waffles good too but only served for an hour a day so always a long queue. Nothing terrible, and could be improved with some livelier and more helpful staff and a better range of food. The puddings look good but don't taste great. Ice cream available at dinner time would have pleased the kids. Wouldn't say 5* but a nice holiday and good time had by all, just sharing our honest review.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Staff very friendly. The room was nice and had balcony. TV with only Turkish channels. Only English channels are CNN and BBC news24. Bar is opened 24 hours. Food availability was great. Catered mainly for German and Russian customers. Food was ok, the variety of desert was awesome. Everyday such a variety of sweets and cakes. Breakfast was great as well. Salad bar had huge variety as well. There are special foods depending on the night or occasion. The pool was nice. Short walk to the beach or shop. Transport available to take customers to the beach. Restaurant by the beach is nice. We enjoyed our stay. Reception staff was very helpful. Language can be a problem but staff will go above and beyond to help. Excursion was arranged with the rep at the hotel. Very friendly and polite. Arrange everything for us including transfers and pickup.
