Det er fugtigt i soveværelset. Lugter næsten lummert. Har haft vinduet åbent inder hele opholdet.
Men rigtig god service og meget økologisk mad, som bliver serveret. God hygiejne.

Prima verblijf gehad hier. Kamer is ruim, nette badkamer. Enige wat ontbrak was een koffiezetapparaat. Wel was er een waterkoker en oploskoffie.

Lorsque la compagnie aérienne Icelandair a annulé notre vol retour, nous avons eu la chance d'être relogés dans cet hôtel pour une nuit. La chambre était spacieuse ( grand lit + coin avec fauteuils ) , la salle de bain était moderne et propre et nous disposions d'un balcon ( avec une petite table et 2 chaises ) avec une vue splendide sur la baie et sur les icebergs. Le lit était très confortable, la décoration de la chambre était belle. Il y avait une bouilloire, des tasses et de quoi se faire un café ou un thé. Nous étions ravis d'être relogés ici ! Le soir, nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. La cuisine était raffinée et nous avons très bien mangé. Ce fut une très belle expérience.

This hotel denies dinner to its own guests . On our day of arrival they claimed they had an event . On the next day we showed up at 8.42pm with an 8.30 reservation ( our boat was late ) . Dinner was denied , rudely, despite our insistence . False claims were made that we had no reservations. Another couple had exactly the same experience . On the next day we attempted to reserve , our reservation was accepted and then denied once we had given them the room number . We asked to speak to the dining room manager who refused to give us her name . No dinner for us that night, not even on the terrace which was empty and had a dedicated different menu available . There are no restaurants within walking distance . I We had noticed a rude and even hostile attitude from most of the staff from the onset . This overall rude attitude extended to breakfast , where plates from the buffet were snatched out of guests hands a few minutes BEFORE the 9.30 am official closing time .

Dejlig sted, venlig personale, fantastisk mad.
Minus - morgenmaden slutter 09:30 søndag, skrivebordet er for lille og der er kun en taburet som stol (ja man kan låne en i restauranten)
