1. The room facilities are very old, and many are rusty.
2. The hotel rules are stupid. You must check in at 3 pm, which resulted in a large group of people queuing at 3 pm, but there was only one staff member to check in, and it took an hour to check in.

오래된 건물이지만 관리가 잘되는 것 같아서 편했습니다.
대리석 온돌바닥에 넓은편이었고요, 침대도 편했어요.
평일이라 저렴하게 묵기도 해서 근처 오라카이에 숙박했을때보다 만족도가 높았습니다..

Excellent location. I stayed 5 nights in this hotel.
Here I am writing my genuine review
1. The room was not good as I expected. Room and bathroom are properly cleaned. I can see many hairs in the door and bathrooms on my first day itself.
2. Inside room, the tables are not properly cleaned.
While opening the fridge I'm getting some bad smell of old kimchi.
3. During checkin time the first impression was not feeling happy especially from the reception side. May be my passport is not that much strong. But the hotel staff during breakfast time were very friendly.
4. The outside view from the hotel is excellent. But the glasses are not clean. So can't take good pictures.
5. Rooms and bathroom are looking great. But need to improve the neatness.
