We booked in advance, but upon check-in the administrator could not check us in for a long time, saying that there were no rooms and there was no reservation. I looked at the voucher for a very long time and tediously and could not understand, as if I was encountering online registration for the first time

I'm not kidding I made a reservation during the day and checked in in the evening. As soon as I made the reservation, I went to the accommodation directly and asked if I could cancel, but they told me to cancel directly on the site. I applied for cancellation right away. What is the reason for cancellation being refused by the accommodation? You didn't cancel your reservation an hour or two before, so why don't you tell me to cancel it myself? I didn't even stay there, but it looks like they're trying to take my money for nothing. They don't cancel and there's no one there, but I checked in.
