The facilities are complete but the old ones are old. It is very convenient to have breakfast, so you don't have to go out to find it, especially for people who don't have a car for the time being. There is a swimming pool on the first floor, which is generally used by no one. It is a decoration, there are places around, there will be a lot of old and beautiful chat.

Attend a conference at the Lansing Center every year around this time and this is always the host hotel. It is MUCH improved over a year ago. First, I am super happy that it is part of Hilton now. Second, they have already done extensive renovations and the work continues. The hallways have been redone and so have many rooms. Everything was clean and new. I don't know what they did, but it is SO much quieter now. Last year I could hear everything going on in the hallways with my door closed. Not anymore. They added safes to the rooms, which the Radisson didn't have for some reason. My bed was comfy and my room was very clean. The lobby and that entire area has been redone. They now have a small store with a Starbucks inside and the restaurant, while closed currently, also looks like it's been redone. I'm hoping they redo the fitness room because it was bad last year, and I didn't have a chance to use it this time around. The elevators can also use some love so I hope those are also on the list for an eventual refresh They had no hot water for the first night I was there, thru no fault of the hotel. They did offer to help me get another room at a different hotel, but I decided to wait it out at least one night and if the hot water was still not working the next day, I'd consider a move. They reduced my nightly rate due to that as well. Overall, I'm pleased with the changes they've made so far. I'm hoping there are more when I go back for the conference next year too.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is good. The room has two 1.5m beds, suitable for families with 2 children. The room breakfast is also 4 servings. The hotel is located in a commercial area, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cinemas, and not. How to eat delicious Chinese restaurants, parking lot is relatively large, parking is free.

Have stayed here before but this time was 12 days, it’s pretty new (3-4 years), very clean, terrific staff from housekeeping to manager. Convenient to I96 and food. Nice laundry facilities and outside patio area. Breakfast is standard, good variety. Front desk person gave me all the right answers when I called inquiring about extra Covid precautions but I was disappointed the last week to see the front desk folks quit wearing a mask!! Almost took a star away for that - should be required.

Beautiful hotel with unique rooms and modern technology. Everyone was very nice and helpful during the stay.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I've been staying there for many years. I have severe allergies and this place is always good - especially the air quality. I got very sick on this trip and had to extend my stay significantly. The staff was exceptional in making sure I was okay and had everything I needed. I was very grateful and extremely impressed by their helpfulness. It was so greatly appreciated!

Near Michigan State University, the environment is good, it is safer, the accommodation conditions are quite satisfactory, you can go to the university's living area for dinner, the hotel has breakfast, the general type.

Corinne is professional, helpful and very friendly. She is great at her job and has excellent customer service. the location is ideal for travel and is right by the expressway. The housekeeping staff is great and friendly also.

I like this hotel, the price is very high, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, the staff is very welcoming, the hotel facilities are clean and welcoming, and I have stayed at this hotel many times. The only disadvantage is that it is far from the school, but life is very convenient. Next door is the major supermarket with complete categories.
