"Experience was terrible because of bed bugs. I have several bites. I left in the middle of the night after finding the bug/ showing the desk clerk the picture and where I had smashed it. I saw a second bug one and told the clerk about it as well. I was provided an email but was told they would have to do an investigation before determining a resolution despite me providing a photo and the dead bug."
