Love this hotel! Extended my stay. The front desk has been nice and informative as I was trying to learn snowboard. And they recommended place for rental of gear just 1 min walk away. Room is spacious and friendly staff! Location is near old town and easily walkable to anywhere.

The hotel has a good location, spacious rooms, big beds, good service, and delicious drinking water. There are just too many Americans, and the lobby dining is noisy. We booked the room through Ctrip and paid 188 euros at the hotel. However, when we checked, the front desk asked us to pay 288. We checked for a long time before we found that the platform was wrong. Although it was corrected, it was delayed by almost 15 minutes, causing us to miss a free shuttle bus and a direct train to Munich, which resulted in us changing trains to get back to Munich. I don't know if this was the hotel's mistake or Ctrip's mistake, and I can't find out now.
