The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, Samsung frame tv on a swivel mount to enhance your viewing experience, a coffee table that expands to comfortably seat up to 6 for meals or cards/games. Inside the bedroom you’ll find a comfortable queen size bed, tv, one of two patio doors, and a ceiling fan. We also have a cot that can be used, if needed, and a pack and play and kids kitchen dinnerware, again if needed.Additional features to highlight include: a complimentary bottle of wine included with your stay for those over the age of 21, a complimentary coffee and tea variety, WiFi, washer and dryer within the building, tennis rackets to use at the complex’s tennis courts, outdoor Adirondack chairs to enjoy the serenity, and air conditioning (June through September).Noteworthy: This unit is on the side of the mountain and includes several stairs to access the unit. The ski in and ski out feature is contingent on the operating status of the lifts at Holiday Valley; however, there is a free shuttle service from the unit to the base of Holiday Valley.
