Visited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected.
We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt.
The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory.
Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.

Для своей цены хороший отель. Расположен в центре. Внутри номера мебель старовата, но в целом нормально. Постель чистая. В номере был балкон с видом на достопримечательность Янины - часовую башню. В коридорах приятно пахнет жасмином.
Не понравился телевизор - с кровати ничего не видно. И сантехнику неплохо было бы поменять

The room was really old. the sound is definitely not isolated in the room we can hear everything from the exterior but except that it was a nice hotel. The staff was nice and it’s well located in the center. They gave me advice on what to visit and where.

Μέτριο ξενοδοχείο σε καλή τιμή και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθετα της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Μέσα σε 10 λεπτά περπάτημα το πολύ μπορείς να είσαι στην λίμνη, στο κάστρο, στην αγορά, στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο, στο Μουσείο Αργυροτεχνιας και άλλα.

Good central location, just tucked off the main road so traffic noise wasn't a problem. My room was shabby but clean, bed was comfortable, wifi, TV, fridge & most of the lights worked. Some of the bathroom fixtures needed updating but were all usable. A little noise in the corridor at night caused by another guest.
Compared to other hotels this one was very cheap, it showed but was acceptable. The money saved was put to good use in Ioannina.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is ok. It wasn't that clean though like the floors! The bed wasn't made either. Everything else was fine like the location is perfect. The staff were all friendly and the wifi was quick. For a cheap central hotel this is fine.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό με ευγενικοτατους και πρόσχαρους ανθρώπους στη reception, χρήσιμες οδηγίες για την πόλη και τα μέρη που αξίζει να επισκεφθούμε. Τεράστιο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχειο. Γενικότερα σίγουρα value for money

Άθλιο βρώμικο και χωρίς θέρμανση, καθίσαμε 6 μέρες τις 3 χωρίς αιρ κοντισιον και καθημερινά ν λέμε ν μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο, μας ακαηαν στις 3 μέρες,σεντόνια πετσέτες δεν μπήκε κανείς ν αλλάξει παράθυρο στο μπάνιο στο ταβάνι ήθελες σκάλα ν το ανοίξεις φυσικά χωρίς θέρμανση, με λίγα λόγια βρώμικο υπερβολικά αρχαία επιπλα,χωρίς θέρμανση μας χάλασε τις διακοπές μας
