The location is strategic, betul2 dekat tengah pekan Ipoh. Can walk about 5 mins to concubine lane and less than 30 mins to other attractions (uptown, tasik cermin & kek long temple) with car. No people at the counter after 10pm i think? However the hotel is not that soundproof, can hear people open/close the door, the sound of cars outside and music from the cafe across the street. Lighting bilik quite dull tp boleh bukak langsir. Klu nak iron ada dekat certain level. Overall okay 👍

- No drinking water or water bottles provided in the room. But you can refill your empty bottles at their shared kitchen. - There are two nearby mini-marts where you can get mineral water and snacks (behind it and you can walk for 5 minutes to R.Jennyfer Convenience Store). - Only RM 108 when booked on TripDOTCom. - Additional hours are RM 5 each. - The receptionist is a sweet, cute, and beautiful Indian lady. - Plenty of power outlets at the working desk and next to the bed. - Check-in was easy, with no deposit required, and they didn't ask to photocopy my IC like other hotels. - The owner, a Chinese person, is very attentive and has provided Kiblat signs for Muslim guests. - Love the industrial concept. - Spacious, new, and clean bathroom with a ceiling shower head that feels like showering in the rain. - Fast WiFi.

Good location and very convenient. Nice size of room. Clean environment. Near to Ipoh train station and tourist spot.

parking was easy but no free parking. the receptionist didn’t have a welcoming vibe. but satisfied with the room, loved the shower it was clean and bright. glad that they have a lift. bed and pillows were soft and so comfy. satisfied with number of plug points in the room.

A very convenient place with nice and helpful staff. Located in the old town, there are many heritage spot and old kopitiam, which could try the original taste food. Just a 7-8mins walk (with luggues) to the train station. Highly recommended for a short-term stay.

My train had a significant delay and only manage to reach the hotel at late hours. Thanks for the effort in facilitating my late check-in.

Average ,budget hotel. It's hard to find car park. suit for backpacker. The room is suitable for sleep only and can't stay long hours as the size is small and tall.

The area is good, parking is also available, however the air conditioning is not working fine. The TV is not functioning.

The toilet's door can't be lock and have 1cm gap between the toilet's door and the door frame, meaning you can simply see inside the toilet easily, no privacy, only suitable for couples or lover. Sound proof is not so good, you can hear the sound from the vehicles pass by and next door. Other than that, it's quite ok, the location is closed to most of the attraction point.

To stay at this hotel … the best part is the location and many café/restaurants/old and good memory old coffee shop within walking distance and I choose Brick Box Hotel mainly also KTM train station just within 5 minutes walking distance . Grab also no problem at all to go anywhere from here. The room is small but just good enough for. solo travel. I will be back again. Thank you

Location if the hotel is so close to some tourist spots and walking distance only. The customer service is also nice. The room is clean and there are amenities. However, the aircon takes it time before the room gets cold.
