The room was average, just like a domestic express hotel. The interior was relatively clean, but the breakfast was terrible and there was nothing delicious. There was a pier opposite and there were no people around. It was just a deserted place in the countryside.

Distance: The station and the city center are about ten minutes each, which is quite convenient. The seaside is just across the road. Hotel: The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness and service are acceptable.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, was next to each other had been emailed about disruptive noise from building works whilst we were there but as we arrived around 5pm saw no evidence of any works luckily. Room was clean but tired guess that’s why they’re refurbishing. my bed sheets had a rip in them which you’d think would be considered a reject by housekeeper rather than left on the bed, first impressions…No plug in the bath so couldn’t use it , plug socket only on one side of the bed. No water in room and vending machine not working but the night staff gave us a small jug of water. My daughter heard loud music above their room all night which was annoying, she wasn’t going to go to reception in the night so when she told them in the morning they couldn’t do anything about it,as “they’d already had their stay”. Overall not bad but could improve.

Pretty standard for Premier Inn, not the nicest we’ve stayed in but just there for football so was adequate for us, refurbishment underway but didn’t bother us at all, great walking distance to the marina area, parking very easy & really cheap too!

Excellent, friendly staff and a lovely recently refurbished room. Excellent night’s sleep and room facilities top notch. Location very central and extremely convenient for the football stadium. Lots of dinner options just a short walk from the hotel.

I was welcomed by TWO VERY NICE guys, both hungarians, who were very nice, welcoming, helpful, kind and professional. I was amazed. The arrival was therefore incredibly positive, especially considering that it was very late at night. The two ladies when I had breakfast the following day were also very nice. The bed was comfy and the room size was overall good. Parking position and accessibility were great. Hotel location is great. Breakfast was ok - not buffet but you can order everything you want and it was good. Nobody told me that there were works being done at the 4th floor. I was at the third and this made the morning quite noisy. I could not control the room heating and it was extremely hot (28°). There was no toilet brush (...) and the toilet itself was "dark" inside, it really needed someone using BLEACH properly. The room service is only done upon demand but, this being unclear, I had my room not cleaned for three days, which I didn't quite like (especially for the lack of towels change).

Comfy bed and good facilities in a Premier Plus room. However the airconditioning made the room stuffy when warm. Nice bathroom and shower (but toilet lid has to be lowered to reach the flush buttons!). Good-wifi, extension HDMI socket to plug Firestick etc into the TV. Breakfast buffet was a bit on the thin side - uninspiring selection of cereals, no fresh cheese or meats, but the cooked breakfast was very good. The usual totally rubbish hotel toasters (why do they use those barely heating Dualit toasters?). A nice practical place to stay when visiting or working in the quayside area. Very noisy and busy traffic outside, being pretty much on a traffic island, but quiet and restful inside (as long as the windows are closed). Friendly, helpul staff (24 hrs). Overall good for a very confortable utitilty stay.

The room was a good size, bathroom clean and the shower pressure actually much better than expected. The hotels location is surrounded by roads, so traffic noise is expected - however i had to check my window wasn't open as it was so loud. Further glazing or insulation is required as the traffic noise was loud and continuous apart from a window in the early hours. I could also hear next door snoring, so the walls are thin. I had breakfast around 8am - heard lots of comments about 'no we've run out'. It didn't affect me, however I had two pretty hard croissants. The free wifi didn't work in my room, so i had to go downstairs to do some work. But it was rectified by the lady at the desk giving me access to the premier internet.
