Me hospedé dos noches en la sección Élite y mi mayordomo Mau fue el mejor hizo todo lo que le pedimos y sobre todo nos decoró la habitación para el cumpleaños de mi esposo con mucho lujo. La piscina de adultos es súper grande y las bebidas riquísimas además la cena en el restaurante mexicano lo mejor y los tacos exquisitos. Unas vacaciones de ultra lujo. Amamos SLS

Here now, the hospitality here is the worst thing I have experienced at any resort. The decision makers love saying NO before attempting to come up with a solution. Seems under staffed. The resort is nice but the hot tubs are barely warm. Last thing I expected from a trip like this is to be consistently frustrated by the staff. I would not recommend it here if you have any level of service expectations.

Fui de luna de miel con mi esposo a SLS playa mujeres y fue una experiencia maravillosa, desde el check in privado y con una copa de champán. Después llegó el mayordomo Mauricio Lozano quien estuvo a nuestro cuidado con todo lo que le solicitábamos además se encargó de las cenas y de estar viendo en la alberca como estábamos. El desayuno bufete es increíble y la cena en el steak house maravillosa. No veo la hora en regresar y poder estar otra vez en SLS playa mujeres con el mejor mayordomo Mauricio Lozano.

Spent the week with coworkers working from the beach! It’s still new so some of the restaurants and bars aren’t open yet, but the food was amazing and the service was even better. One of the best all inclusives I’ve ever been to! I’d definitely go again.

El hotel es completamente nuevo y hermoso, las habitaciones son super cómodas y con detalles hermosos como las amenidades Ortigia (las amamos) el minibar es perfecto con todo lo necesario y sobre todo la cama y las almohadas parecen las nubes. La vista de mi habitación a isla mujeres eres espectacular. Al ser Elite teníamos un mayordomo que fue simplemente el mejor Mauricio. Siempre antento y servicial un verdadero servicio de lujo por su parte. Además Vanessa la jefa de alberca para adulto es la mejor. Muchas gracias q todos.

Excelente todo, desde la llegada todo fue excelente, el hotel es totalmente de lujo, el servicio cálido, amigable, amable, nos sentimos siempre atendidos, cómodos, a gusto totalmente, muchas gracias a Leticia del restaurante verde, a Heidi de the press, Bruno y Navi del teens club, gracias por una mañana tan amena que recordaré por mucho tiempo en verdad me la pasé muy bien gracias a ustedes, si tienen la oportunidad de visitar este hotel en verdad aprovechenla La carne del restaurante Union deliciosa y los camarones al coco de bungalow también, excelentes y deliciosos

Muy buen servicio de todo el personal. En especial Selena, Daniel y Francisco en el restaurante Filia y Ciro en el bar de la piscina. Muy atentos y serviciales. Se acordaron de nosotros en las dos visitas que hicimos al restaurante. Todo muy bien!! Los cuartos tambien muy bonitos y decorados.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel en décembre soit quelques semaines après son ouverture. Je tiens à remercier le personnel souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Le resort dispose de belles prestations ! Tout était parfait pour passer un excellent séjour
