Service was great. Our ocean view room was lovely. The room itself was clean but definitely could tell wear and tear in spots but that wasn’t a bother to us. Food was less than to be desired. Every meal left me wanting more so that was disappointing.
The beach front was great as well as all the pools and lazy river. We had some issues in our group with charges to rooms that shouldn’t have been there. They all eventually got sorted out but it took a lot of work to make things right.
I don’t think I would recommend this resort to family and friends. I would look for a different resort but the island itself was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort, the rooms were nice however there was some dust in the room. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food was good. The shows were fine. I’ll come back again.

Mi estancia por el hotel fue muy agradable y divertida, el hotel te ofrece bastante variedad de cosas desde diferentes restaurantes con variedad de menús, encontramos muchas cosas como un rio lento, una alberca para surfeard, alberca para niños, actividades en las albercas, y no puedo olvidar su playa que es de las más bonitas que he visto, también cuentan con diferentes shows nocturnos y un equipo de entretenimiento muy amable, agradezco especialmente a Josué de entretenimiento que fue muy atento

Just recently got back from Planet Hollywood cancun and I have nothing but great things to say. Great service and good food. Pools could be warmer but it is what it is. I would like to give a special thanks to Aracely guest services she’s amazing and a wonderful person!

Very nice staff. Entertainment team was amazing. Rubi was the nicest person and so polite and friendly. Mariana, Fernando, Carlos, Victoria, Josue, Daniel, Benjamin, Wicho, Santiago, Milton, Alex, Lex, Beto, Arleth, Ale, Jazmin, Andrew, Moises, Marco, Mar y Diana all of them make our trip memorable. Oscar on the pool was so cool guy. All together everyone friendly and respectful. Trinidad was assigned us personal butler and he is so nice and friendly and book all our reservations and everything was perfect. I would recommend planet Hollywood Cancun for if anyone like to experience real service and food and fun activities. Night shows were amazing. Thanks to each one of who work behind the scenes to make sure everyone happy and enjoy their stay this place. 10/10

Amazing for kids. Nice resort. Speciality restaurants were great! Indian and Japanese Amazing. Butler Service was great! Shout out to Pedro & Trinidad! Service at star class breakfast was great, action station was good too! Kids entertainment was on point! Beach was clean and lovely white sand. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to escape Winter!

Beautiful resort with absolutely wonderful staff, Brandon at SoCal was beyond helpful and provided wonderful service and the food at the buffet is really good, the rooms are comfortable and the beach is beautiful! Absolutely would come back in the future

Tuvimos una experiencia inolvidable en este hotel, el cual ha hecho que mis vacaciones fueran divertidas y emocionantes. Disfruté desde mi llegada en el check in con los aplausos, la comida de East y gusto fueron de mis platillos favoritos, el área de la playa y albercas muy limpias, este ha sido mi viaje el mejor del año. El show de Michael Jackson es lo mejor que he visto, felicidades a todos. Muy buenas actividades para toda la familia, donde Milton y Josué nos hicieron pasar un momento agradable

La comida es lo mejor que he probado en mi vida, el mesero de playa muy atento, me divertí mucho en el río salvaje, las actividades de entretenimiento y la foam party son de otro nivel, felicito a todos por hacer mis vacaciones divertidas, en especial Milton de animación quien es una persona muy agradable, me la pasé muy bien.
