Low service in huge sum of money : Firstly, reception staff isn't cooperative, they are concerned with thier own satisfaction rather than the customer satisfaction. 2- Room wasn't clean, I observed hair on the bed and requested them to change the covers which they did and of course meanwhile I have to wait for them to finish. 3-I have to remind the front desk two times that I need water since there was no water in the room. Two water bottles of 250 ml were provided after that you will have to buy water. 4-my room was at 4th floor so around 4 am i woke up due to the noise on the roof, kitchen staff or maybe hotel staff (not sure, I could hear the movement of the furniture etc). So overall, feeling sorry for my hard earned money that I spend here.
