Hotel Bootcamp Reviews

I was staying in the hotel Bootcamp two times, in February and April. During my stay in February there was no problems, room was clean and workers on the reception desk was very friendly, so i decide to stay in hotel Bootcamp second time. Before check in 27.April i payed prepayment on Trip.com online and needed to pay only city tax during check in, but front desk worker did not noticed that i payed prepayment and charged from me full amount. ( hotel price+city tax) So he promised me that on 29th of April, when the manager will be on duty, they will do a refund to my bank card. Till today i still did not receive my money back. Hotel replied on my e-mail once, that they have already made a refund and when i asked to send me a proof of transaction they are ignoring me. I called the hotel last week and they told me that will solve my problem. But nothing happened. I am still waiting for my refund, almost one month.

Quite roomy for Paris hotel. Quiet and easy access to Metro station .. About 100 meters from the hotel. Marie de Issy station end of Metro 12 line

Very good price and service. Rooms comfortable although toilet a bit old specially the hairdryer. Receptionists amazing.

Okay for 1 night, good location, not as clean as I’d like, rooms a bit musty.

The room pretty small but the location is excellent. Just next to the metro. We can easily take train from the airport to the hotel

The hotel provides free drinks is good. The receptionists are super nice and helpful.

The facilities are old: the door paint is peeling off, the curtains are old and need to be renovated. Pros: Free coffee, friendly staff

Everything is good. There is a subway entrance and parking space. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious~ I will stay here again if I come to Paris next time~

The hotel is very close to the Versailles Expo Metro Station 2 where we were going, and the transportation is convenient. The room is very small. The twin room I booked only had a king-size bed room on the first night, so I had to change it on the second night. The soundproofing is average.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The reception staff is very friendly. Coffee machine and water available 24/7 :)

Because I was in transit in Paris, I slept all night late at night so that I could go to the Eiffel Tower the next day. The bathroom in the hotel is very big and has a large terrace. There is a shower and you can borrow a hair dryer. The hotel should be a hotel. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the subway station in Japan Street, and it takes a few stops to reach the Eiffel Tower. In the morning of the second morning, you can make your own coffee, tea, and hot chocolate at the hotel! The price is reasonable, but there is a community service fee charged at the hotel front desk!

Convenient hotel for a short stay close to the metro

The happy culture at Hotel Butkamp certainly makes for a pleasant stay. The design of the hotel is very vibrant and modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I was a little disappointed with the size of the room. The space of the room is relatively small, which makes it feel cramped. In addition, the sound insulation effect of the room is not ideal, and the noise from the next room can sometimes be heard at night, which has some impact on the quality of sleep. Also, I think the hotel's room service needs to be improved. While the hotel staff is generally very friendly, there are times when they seem a little rushed and careless in accommodating guest requests. Sometimes they may forget to provide me with some basic items such as towels or toiletries, which makes me feel a little inconvenienced. Overall, Hotel Butkamp's Happy Culture provided a pleasant experience, but there are still some areas that need improvement. I hope the hotel can optimize the size of the rooms, enhance the sound insulation, and improve the quality of room service so that guests can have a more comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay.
