Hotels Near Ek-Da Park in Istanbul

The staff were very helpful particularly Ahmed ( Duty Manager Reception) and Beliz ( Guests Relations) and Katia ( Gym). The hotel was opened just 18 days when we arrived. There were a couple of “snagging’ issues, which were dealt with really quickly. The vegan buffet breakfast is the best I have ever eaten. I have a the few recipes and ideas for when I get home. Thanks Muhammad for the marinated tofu recipe. The gym is also very well equipped. Lots of cardio machines, weights including 20kg Olympic bars with various sized plates (15,20kg), 5 different boxing bags. There is also a class timetable and Stand Up Paddle Boarding. The gym staff are AMAZING; really know their stuff. The location is fantastic. Only a ten minute bus ride into the old time. We had a fab time.

I love the location and the fact that there's a cafe in the lobby and a restaurant on the top floor with great tasting food and drinks. The staff are exceptional and have been very attentive to my concerns and questions. In the basement are ancient ruins and artifacts that are from the Ottoman empire and the Byzantine empire. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers or couples.

I stayed for 3 nights.It was overall very good.The staff name Mustafa is very nice.All other staffs are nice as well.Didn't have any problems.Very was easy to contact the lobby staff through WhatsApp.The breakfast is also suitable for vegans/vegetarians.Recommended for Solo comers.There is also a co-working place a d rooftop.Good for it's price 👍

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.

А уровень сервиса – минус 4 звезды. 1) Из номера пропали вещи. Вещи возвращены не были, компенсации не было, зато было много хамства, угроз и оскорблений от персонала в мой адрес. В последний день уборщики выкинули мои вещи, взяв их из тумбочки, которая стоит рядом с мусорным ведром. К сожалению, ее не смутило, что пакет с вещами не мусорный, что пакет стоит в тумбочке рядом с мусорным ведром, а не в ведре. Не смутило наличие в пакете множества нужных мне лекарств, наушников, некоторых предметов гардероба, а также ключей от квартиры! Проблема отсутствия была замечена поздно вечером, когда мы вернулись после прогулки. В пакете были важные для меня таблетки. Персонал с reception предложил мне вместо них парацетомол (который никак мне не мог помочь), на этом его услужливость закончилась! После этого он сказал, что его смена до 11 вечера и ушел. Наплевав на все мои проблемы. Дополнительно сообщив, что в нашем номере вообще никто не выкидывал мусор, они якобы созвонились с уборщицей и она сказала, что не убирала и даже не заходила. А мусор, видимо испарился! Ей они верят, а мне нет. Ищи лучше, чао! Потрясающая работа персонала, не правда ли? К счастью или несчастью, отель, видимо, имеет общего собственника и управляющего с другим отелем, где нам подавали завтрак. Как минимум персонал там один и тот же, поэтому проблему пришлось идти решать в соседний отель. Там, казалось, молодой человек был более услужливый и клятвенно мне обещал, что мне всё вернут, всё компенсируют и помогут. Но уже после того, как я уеду. А двери от квартиры я должна вскрыть профессионалами (поскольку ключи от моей квартиры были выкинуты), как в дальнейшем писал мне управляющий – «это же всего 2долларов, у вас что нет 20 долларов?». Всё их участие состояло в том, что 1) мне велели успокоиться (это ведь так просто быть спокойной, понимая, что когда приедешь домой, попасть туда не получится!), 2) просмотрели со мной камеры , где видно, что уборщик выносит из номера мой пакет с вещами!! А ведь ранее говорили, что к нам никто даже не заходил! Но теперь их версия изменилась. Теперь версия персонала состояла в том, что они взяли мой пакет с вещами прямо из мусорки. Они не могут мне ничего компенсировать, потому что надо расследовать это дело! Что расследовать? Загадка! Но добиться мне ничего не удалось, мы обменялись месенджерами и меня убедили ждать решения проблемы на следующий же день в 8 утра. На следующий день я вернулась в свой город. В мессенджере я получила только очередное сообщение с просьбой успокоиться и сообщение о том, что моим вопросом занимаются и напишут на следующий день (опять на сл

I stayed at this hotel one week but plan was three days, the hotel was so quite and with sea view it was Masmarizing so i extend my stay for more 4 days. Breacfast was just amazing. Workers was so kind. Reception workers was speaking many languages.
