I stayed for 3 nights.It was overall very good.The staff name Mustafa is very nice.All other staffs are nice as well.Didn't have any problems.Very was easy to contact the lobby staff through WhatsApp.The breakfast is also suitable for vegans/vegetarians.Recommended for Solo comers.There is also a co-working place a d rooftop.Good for it's price 👍

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Traveling to Istanbul is exciting experience and most of the time you should go out of the hotel and walk around so booking the luxurious hotel isn’t good idea. It’s better to cost for visiting this amazing city. You have to consider instead of your payment. At first glance, the location of this hotel may seem a bit disappointing, but I assure you that this hotel is in a great location and is safe, as well as at night, when sleeping, it is quieter than many neighborhoods. . Make sure you get the right service for the price you pay. The only drawback is perhaps the small size of some of the rooms of this hotel, which, considering that the purpose of the trip to this city is sightseeing and you only go to the hotel for bathing and sleeping, all your needs will be met. Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

All the staff are most helpful and friendly. The rooms are very modern and the location is very good for all you want to do in the Old Town. Restaurant has some great meals and the breakfast buffet was terrific and extensive. The views are fantastic there too! A slight problem we had was sorted out professionally and promptly. We were most impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it.

However, the hotel itself is on a very steep slope. It is best to take a taxi when you come back at night. It is a bit remote for women to walk here, so it is best to have a companion. The front desk is very enthusiastic. If you arrive at the hotel early, they can help keep your luggage. There is a special storage room, which looks very safe. The breakfast is a buffet, a relatively simple continental breakfast, and it is very clean.

What a beautiful hotel!!! Great friendly staff too! I was travelling alone in Turkey and needed a place to lay my head for 10 nights, firstly my room! Wow! The bed Wow! And feather pillows too, honestly I had the best sleep super comfy and clean, a real quality hotel which I will definitely book again when I come back to Sisli, very central lots of places to eat, a supermarket just over the road then a large mall about 7 mins walk away. A very safe area too I found myself going out in the late evening for food and felt completely safe. All the staff from reception to doormen and cleaners were all very kind to me and gave me advice when I asked. I had excellent service from Hayri. Thank you for my stay.

Цены приемлеые. И молодой человек, который нас заселял, действительно милый. На этом плюсы заканчиваются, а дальше начинаются только МИНУСЫ. 4 звездами тут даже не пахнет, от силы 2. А уровень сервиса – минус 4 звезды. 1) Из номера пропали вещи. Вещи возвращены не были, компенсации не было, зато было много хамства, угроз и оскорблений от персонала в мой адрес. В последний день уборщики выкинули мои вещи, взяв их из тумбочки, которая стоит рядом с мусорным ведром. К сожалению, ее не смутило, что пакет с вещами не мусорный, что пакет стоит в тумбочке рядом с мусорным ведром, а не в ведре. Не смутило наличие в пакете множества нужных мне лекарств, наушников, некоторых предметов гардероба, а также ключей от квартиры! Проблема отсутствия была замечена поздно вечером, когда мы вернулись после прогулки. В пакете были важные для меня таблетки. Персонал с reception предложил мне вместо них парацетомол (который никак мне не мог помочь), на этом его услужливость закончилась! После этого он сказал, что его смена до 11 вечера и ушел. Наплевав на все мои проблемы. Дополнительно сообщив, что в нашем номере вообще никто не выкидывал мусор, они якобы созвонились с уборщицей и она сказала, что не убирала и даже не заходила. А мусор, видимо испарился! Ей они верят, а мне нет. Ищи лучше, чао! Потрясающая работа персонала, не правда ли? К счастью или несчастью, отель, видимо, имеет общего собственника и управляющего с другим отелем, где нам подавали завтрак. Как минимум персонал там один и тот же, поэтому проблему пришлось идти решать в соседний отель. Там, казалось, молодой человек был более услужливый и клятвенно мне обещал, что мне всё вернут, всё компенсируют и помогут. Но уже после того, как я уеду. А двери от квартиры я должна вскрыть профессионалами (поскольку ключи от моей квартиры были выкинуты), как в дальнейшем писал мне управляющий – «это же всего 2долларов, у вас что нет 20 долларов?». Всё их участие состояло в том, что 1) мне велели успокоиться (это ведь так просто быть спокойной, понимая, что когда приедешь домой, попасть туда не получится!), 2) просмотрели со мной камеры , где видно, что уборщик выносит из номера мой пакет с вещами!! А ведь ранее говорили, что к нам никто даже не заходил! Но теперь их версия изменилась. Теперь версия персонала состояла в том, что они взяли мой пакет с вещами прямо из мусорки. Они не могут мне ничего компенсировать, потому что надо расследовать это дело! Что расследовать? Загадка! Но добиться мне ничего не удалось, мы обменялись месенджерами и меня убедили ждать решения проблемы на следующий же день в 8 утра. На следующий день я вернулась в свой город. The hotel name is actually Istanblu Hotels, we stayed two nights here as it's conveniently located on the M4 Metro line on the Asian side on Istanbul at Bonstanic Station, exit 2. Staff were friendly and helpful they printed off our boarding passes for free and recommend we take the bus 10 to the sea area where there are good restaurants and bars. It's a good quality hotel for the cost and better value than in Taksim.
