Everything is good, the staff is polite, tries to help with everything. The hotel is a bit outdated. I think a solid 4 stars is an adequate rating. I recommend it to anyone who does not require "merciless luxury". Premium mass market.

Very convenient location, hotel room is clean and safe. But it’s not so convenient to take taxi as it is located in walking area, however the hotel employees are very friendly and can help to identify the correct address for Uber drivers.

Very convenient location, close to tram, metro, attractions. Quite a large room, there is a kettle and tea and coffee sets. Shampoo, etc. on the wall, which is strange for 5 stars. No shaving kit, no dental kit. Average breakfast.
