I really liked the hotel, both the location and the service. The food is excellent, the spa area is good, the attitude is wonderful. The location of the hotel is good. The only wish is that in the pool you need to require everyone to swim in caps. A lot of hair comes across in the pool, it is not very pleasant. All visitors swim without caps, all the hair is in the water. But everything is great. I recommend this hotel. On my sister's birthday, they brought a cake with a candle to the room, it was very nice.

It’s a very bad experience to live in this hotel! I booked a standard room with window, but they gave me an economical room without window when I checked in! The attitude of the receptionist was very terrible said that sorry we didn’t have extra room . I paid higher price to live a lower level room? What do you feel about this?

Hotel perfectly located close to all the biggest attractions.
Clean, beautiful interiors.
The only downside is that upon arrival we were checked into a room of the lowest standard, even though the reservation was for a different room!
Economy rooms have no windows - I do not recommend.
The next day we were changed rooms, unfortunately no gratification from the hotel for the mistake and the lack of available room.
Breakfasts are good, varied.

Hotel rather well located near Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus.
Services and services by appointment.
The rooms are too small and no windows to the outside quite disappointed.
The hammam needs to be better maintained because the smell inside is unpleasant.
Hearty breakfast almost too noisy with the children of families who are not disciplined.

The location is very central, it's easy to get to on foot.
Unfortunately, on our last visit to this hotel, we got a room on the ground floor, where the beds were very badly worn. After our vacation at this hotel, we had back pain for 2 weeks.
