It’s terrible hotel and staff. Avoid the hotel at any cost, it is very dirty, dull and depressing, the staff aren’t welcoming at all, they watch and count your bites and how many cups of water and tea you drink. There was no toiletry in the (retired) bath, they put a small 35ml water pot in the fridge for each guest, the beddings are dirty and discomfortable, the floor was dirty and full of hair and food from previous guests ( check the photo with this feedback, hair and dry grapes) the location is very steep, the street is dirty and the view isn’t pleasant to the eyes, air condition was outdated and very noisy. Breakfast was ok, but for lunch it was always chicken, and chicken burgers for dinner, there is no open buffet or menu you can choose from, they fill up your plate in the back kitchen and put it on the table. On our check out day, they didn’t provide us with lunch even we showed them our booking that we have paid for it, they said we don’t provide lunch on the check out day, when I was back home I raised the issue with my agency, the hotel claimed that they provided us with lunch. One star is still too much for them, but there is no zero star.

Waiter service good, breakfast good , place position good , walk 10 miniutes to taksim plaza / metro station , but no good for old people with kids as walk by hillside . Wallet ,valuables passport must load into safety box !!

The worst hotel that I ever stayed, bad smel, the staff are nice, but the hotel horrible

The facilities are really not good. After two days of living here, there was a constant noise from somewhere and I didn't sleep well. I was very cautious when moving in.

Good location, clean room, delicious fresh breakfast every day. Perfect 👌

Stayed for 20 days, except for the computer desk, which felt dark without lamps, everything else was good. Buffet breakfast, friendly staff, shower head that was so powerful that hair fell out, overall very comfortable

Typical 3-star hotel, except the room is relatively small, everything else is OK. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The hotel is in the city center, the transportation is convenient, and it is also convenient to take the airport bus

So bad service, so dirty, walls are like papers (you hear everything from upstairs or near your room), water is warm not hot, + the street of the hotel is not safe, and it is far from taksim about 15 mins, so you will not he comfortable to get back to the hotel at 12/1 o’clock for example.

Mr.Mohammad in the reception was very welcoming , polite and useful .I would like to recommend this hotel to those people who care about social etiquette and mutual respect.The breakfast was average.The building and the design of the rooms were nice and pleasant.

Does not match the photos on the site. I have a photo file of our room: Mold in the fridge, mold in the entire shower, dirty in all the corners, bed fleas, bedside lights not working, curtains with holes, plug from the fridge ripped out and hanging, we were half- board no drinks included, no choice of meals, difficult to understand each other even with a translator.... We had fries at every meal, expensively paid for that....
